When Ghaylen heard that, disappointment showed on his face. Still, he knew the man had tried hisbest, so he gushed gratefully, “Thank you, Mr. Chance. Perhaps this is Ms. Viola's fate.”
“Don't be so pessimistic, Mr. Samoll. Let's go back first. I'll figure out some other way. Perhaps I mighthave a solution to help her regain consciousness when the medicinal pool opens,” Jared consoled.
He knew his cultivation level would improve once the medicinal pool was opened. At that time, he mightbe able to think of an idea to help Viola regain consciousness.
“Okay.” Ghaylen nodded. He took one last look at Viola before leaving the cave with Jared.
When the two men stepped out, the stone wall slowly closed. From the outside, it was impossible to tellthat there was a cave there.
