“This is our own family matter. It has nothing to do with an outsider like you. Why would you go?!”Gilbert said coldly.
Iris was incredibly unhappy, “Dad, can you stop being so rude to Leon?! He has good intentions andhe’s very strong. If he wants to go, just let him. He might be able to help if there are any surprises.”
“Fine then, do whatever you want,” Gilbert said coldly, turning away to brood by himself, no longersaying anything.
“Iris, let me follow you too. I don’t want to stay at home alone,” Ruth said after some thought.
“Fine then,” Iris hesitated for a moment before agreeing. Everyone was going anyway, she did not mindhaving Ruth along as well.
At night, Leon, Iris and the others drove nearby the Young Mansion under the night sky.
At that moment, Jonah was already waiting outside as per his agreement with Gilbert.
Seeing Gilbert and the others exit the car, Jonah emerged from a dark corner.
“Gilbert, you’re finally here. I’ve been waiting for a long time,” Jonah greeted Gilbert with a smile.
After that, his smile froze when he saw Leon behind Gilbert. He looked surprised, “Leon is here too!”

Even though he knew so much about the Youngs, Daisy already shifted Elder Young’s room to anotherplace. He did not know where Elder Young was being kept at that moment, so he needed Jonah’sguidance.
“Yes, I’ll bring you there right now!” Jonah nodded and said.
“Wait!”
Leon suddenly stopped them.
“What is it? What do you want now?” Gilbert looked at Leon unhappily, not knowing what Leon wastrying this time.
“Mister Young, let me follow you there. If anything happens, I might be able to help,” Leon said.
“No.”
Gilbert was about to reject it, but Jonah interjected before he could even finish.
“That sounds good. If the two of you go together, at least you’ll have help!” Jonah said in a hurry. Therewas a flash of happiness on his face, but it was obscured by the darkness.
