him as that would not be realistic.

was taken aback and confused.
Leon could not even pay 9 million for the jadeite earlier and admitted defeat.
Yet, Leon first offered 30 million then raised the price to 37 million to compete against him.
This was not a small amount and he could not understand how Leon would have so much money.
Hence, he suspected that Leon was just bidding to spite him.

Bucky already rode the price up to the maximum and Leon would not dare to bid against him any
