He went through so much since his time in Springfield City and could tell that Felton was not trulyreflecting on his mistakes.
Even if he let Felton go, it was likely that he would come looking for trouble again.

“It’s finally over,” Watching their retreating figures, both Renee and Jensen were relieved.
They were both glad that Leon chose to listen to their advice and not intensify the conflict.
If Leon truly broke Felton’s legs, the situation would have escalated.
After Felton left, Jensen said with respect, “Mister Wolf, who would have thought you are thisformidable despite being so young? Even Felton was no match for you. It seemed like I was worryingover nothing. Do overlook this,”novelbin

Though he never saw Felton as a threat, he was still grateful that Jensen and Renee fought Felton toprotect him.
“Good, then! It’s getting late, Mister Wolf. If there’s nothing else you need, I’ll head back now,” Jensensmiled and said goodbye to them.
“Travel safe!” Leon smiled and watched as Jensen left with his guards.
