Chapter 2179

"What? I'm cured? Do my ears deceive me?" Chandler could not believe his ears! Although he was notat all familiar with medicine, one thing was clear—curing someone would certainly not be as easy asthis!

Judging by the severity of his condition, he was certain that he would at least need three to five months'rehabilitation to regain some function, if any at all, in his leg, even if he went to a large district hospital!

However, Leon was claiming that he cured him entirely just based on a few pressure points treatment! This was unbelievable, to say the least!

Chandler could not help feeling dubious at this, unsure of whether Leon was telling the truth or justtrying to mess with him!

"Yes, it's true! Elder Quinn, you can stand up and try to take a few steps," Leon explained.

"Well, alright then! I'd like to see what tricks you have up your sleeve!" Chandler scoffed. He did notthink it was possible that Leon could have cured him in just a few minutes!

This was not possible!

With that, he stood up and took a step forward. As he did so, a wave of prickling pain surged into hisinjured calf. He could not help staggering backward when he felt this and plopped back into his chair.

"What's going on? Could Mister Wolf have made a mistake?" Mason and Henry were both stunned bythis, especially Henry; he never witnessed Leon in action before, and so he could not help wondering ifLeon was the real deal. novelebook.comHe, like Chandler, did not think it was possible of Leon to cureChandler so easily!

Not only that, but Leon did not even use any herbs or medicine to do so, so it was highly likely that hefailed!

There was no other explanation for this!

However, before he could even finish this thought, Chandler burst into laughter. "Splendid! This issplendid! I've finally regained sensation in my broken leg! This is a miracle!"

Chandler's boisterous laughter was filled with delight and shock. Ever since he got injured, he lost allsensation in his leg, not to mention his motor abilities.

This was why he was forced to get around using a cane.

However, after Leon's treatment, he not only regained the sensation but even managed to take onestep forward!

Although he ended up back in his chair, he was still certain that this meant Leon's treatment worked, and that his leg was already many times better than it used to be!novelbin

One could only imagine his joy and excitement at this!

"Elder Quinn, you were too excited just now! Since you've just recovered, you shan't move too hastily. Please be careful and try to take another step—slowly, this time," Leon reminded him.

"Oh, okay!" Chandler tried to stifle his hopefulness as best as he could, then gingerly stood up from hischair, holding onto the armrest.

Then, he placed one foot forward, then the other, and managed to complete a few steps, limpingslightly.

The prickling sensation of his leg was beginning to dissipate, but it was still there nonetheless.

The prickling sensation was a result of his longstanding nerve damage. Since Leon was yet to begintreating his nerve damage with the necessary herbs, the best he could do now was take a few small

steps forward and backward.novelebook.com He still needed to go through a few rounds of treatmentto regain full function in his legs.
