Leon was confused as to why someone would compete with him over the rock that nobody seemed tosee the value in. It dawned on him that Willie did so to annoy the Scammells and Penny and that heonly became the target because he was with Penny.
“What do you think you are doing? Are you just doing this to get on my nerves?!” Penny glared daggersat Willie.
“So what if I am?” Willie smirked proudly.
As Leon predicted, Willie only decided to compete against Leon because he was with Penny. Afterhearing what others said about the Four–Colored Jadeite Leon found, Willie noticed that Leon wastalented and that he might be targeting the red jadeite for a reason. Hence, he decided to bid againstLeon and take the opportunity to upset the Scammells.
“That’s enough, Willie!” Andy roared.
As Penny’s fiancé, he would soon be a part of her family and could not stand idly by when Willie wasbullying her.
