“Iris, the raw material provided by this supplier isn’t that great anyway. Let’s just terminate our contract.with them and find a new supplier!” Leon said.
“Yeah. That’s what I’m thinking as well! I plan to go on a business trip tomorrow to check out the cities.around us in search of a new supplier,” Iris nodded.
Though there were two raw material suppliers for cosmetic products in Springfield City, they were bothtoo small to fulfill Elegant Group’s demand.
The supplier Ashwin worked with was found in a different city, and if Iris wished to find a differentsupplier, she would have to travel out of Springfield City as well.

“Where are you two going to have fun? I’m coming along!” Ruth shouted gleefully as she stepped out ofher room with a big grin on her face.
“Iris and I are going out to search for suppliers, not to have fun. Why would you come along?” Leonrolled his eyes at her.
“A business trip is just like a normal trip! I’m sick of staying home. I want to go out with you!” Ruthinsisted.
“No way! Louisa hasn’t fully recovered yet and needs someone to look after her. Just stay home withher.” Leon rejected her without hesitation.
Ruth did not respond and simply stared at Leon unblinkingly as though she looked at a fool.
“Why are you looking at me like that?” Leon felt uncomfortable.
“Leon, are you an idiot or something? You and Iris are Louisa’s cousin and future cousin–in–law! As herfamily, you’re leaving and you want to order me, who isn’t related to her in any way, to take care of her?Do you think I’m just going to listen and do as you say?” Ruth said impatiently.
“Well,” Leon was instantly rendered speechless.
“It’s fine, Leon. If Ruth wants to go out, let’s bring her along,” Iris said.
“What? If she comes along as well, what about Louisa?” Leon said.
“It’s fine. I’ll call my aunt and get her to come here tomorrow morning to take care of Louisa for the nextfew days,” Iris suggested.
“But, oh, alright, then,” Leon said hesitantly.
“What is it? Is there something else you want to say?” Iris noticed the hesitant look on his face.
“I don’t know how long this trip is going to take, so I want to inform Cynthia about it,” Loen said.
He once promised that he would pay Cynthia visits more frequently, but he was too occupied withtaking care of Louisa. Louisa’s condition improved, yet he had to follow Iris out of the city for a fewdays, so he felt the need to talk to Cynthia before leaving to keep her from worrying.
