Then, without another word, he took lead and charged toward Leon at breakneck speed.
The rest of the Youngs did not hesitate and immediately followed behind him, sprinting toward Leon,braced
for combat.
“Well, you asked for it!” Leon sneered. He gave Melvin plenty of chances, but Melvin failed to see this,and
whatever he chose was outside of Leon’s control!

As he did so, he surreptitiously channeled his spiritual energy in his palms, in preparation to unleashhis Double Attack when they least expected it!
“Leon, why aren’t you escaping?” George, who was engaged in combat against Walter and Denzel allthis while, finally realized what was going on.
He glanced in Leon’s direction, and his face turned pale when he realized not only did Leon not escapewhile he could, he even chose to engage in battle against the Youngs!
“Elder Collins, I’ve already told you–I’ll never run away from this! I don’t care if it’s Harold, the Youngs,or the Fields I’m up against; no matter who it is, I’m going to make them pay for being so stupid!” Leonsneered and finally unleashed all the power he channeled in his palms.
Then, he swung his arm back and sent a fireball hurling in Melvin’s way, zipping through the air andstirring up dust and ashes.
“What? Have you gone insane?” George was utterly stunned by this, especially when he saw that Leonchanged from a position of defense to offense. He was convinced this man went crazy!
“Die, you punk!” a glimmer of malice flashed through Melvin’s eyes. He attained the Initial OverlordState a few years ago and was thus much more powerful than Leon, who just attained it a few daysago!
Therefore, he was not afraid of Leon’s attack at all!
With that, he cocked his arm back and flew straight toward Leon, as though he was released from aslingshot, carrying an immense surge of power with him.
“We’ll help you, Melvin!” The other elders were swift and quickly channeled their respective trueenergies, combining them with Melvin’s to form a bigger and more powerful attack!
With so many forces combined, the energy doubled in size, zooming straight toward Leon as though itwould crush him at any moment!
“That poor boy’s dead!”
“He’s talented alright, but he’s overly confident and even bordering on cocky!”
“That’s right. He’s only just attained the Initial Overlord State, yet he has the audacity to face Melvinand the rest of the Youngs altogether. He probably has a death wish or something,” The Lowes and theFields snickered at this, casting glances of contempt at Leon.
All of them knew that most of the Youngs already attained the Semi Overlord State, and even though itwas
still significantly less powerful than the Overlord State, with so many forces combined, it was more thanenough to kill Leon!
On top of that, Melvin was already at the Overlord State, and one could only imagine the true extent ofpower he harnessed within him!
There was no way Leon could get out of this alive, unless he also possessed the power to the extent ofthe Intermediate Overlord State, just like George or Walter.
However, everyone knew that this was not the case. Leon just attained the Initial Overlord State, andthere was no way he could defeat Melvin!
