Ranita regained her composure and touched up her lipstick in the mirror, trying to look morepresentable. She wanted to confront Mia about what had happened, but it wasn't convenient atSugar Media. She decided to wait until work was over.

"Ranita, didn't I warn you not to mess with Shannon? But last night you sent her to the hospital!"Holly sneered.
Although Shannon had told Holly not to cause any trouble today, she couldn't stand seeing Ranitaaround. Plus she heard from Cindy that something happened with Shannon last night and wasfurious with Ranita.
"You're really daring!" Holly grabbed for Ranita's hair. "I'll shove your head into the toilet!"
Ranita dodged and pushed away Holly's hand just as she stumbled backwards in her high heelsand crashed into a wall!
"Ouch!" Now even angrier than before, Holly glared at Ranita through gritted teeth. "You dare fightback?! I'll show you!"
"Miss Stuart, you must be joking," retorted Ranita sarcastically while pulling out her phone. "If youtake one step closer towards me, Miss Stuart, I will call the police."
"The police? Do you have any evidence that proves I attacked you?" Besides this was Shannon'sterritory; she would side with her no matter what!
Holly charged towards Ranita without fear, "Once I smash your phone into pieces, then let's seehow can you report me!"
Holly was being unreasonable again.
Ranitia didn't care about it but worried that if things got too violent it might harm her unborn childinside of her belly!
"Holly! Stop it!" Once again dodging away from danger, Ranitia pleaded, "Mr. Semeraro is still here!Even if you want trouble with me, you should know how to behave yourself properly."
"Hilarious! Your job negligence has nothing to do with me!" Holly thought smugly, hoping that Ranitawould encounter more trouble. Perhaps she could even sue her for breach of contract and demandcompensation!
The more Holly thought about it, the happier she became. Her fingers were about to touch Ranita'shair...
Just then, Ranita's phone suddenly rang, and the name "Brendon" appeared prominently on thescreen! Holly became infuriated, her eyes turning dark. "You're not allowed to answer my brother'scall!"
"Miss Stuart, are you a lawyer? You can't tell me who to talk to," Ranita retorted as she avoidedHolly and answered the phone.
Brendon's deep voice came through on the other end. "You haven't sent over the corrected catalogand introduction for our auction items."
"Caleb seems to have forgotten. I am still at Sugar Media," Ranita replied nonchalantly.
Her tone was businesslike and indifferent.
"That shouldn't be your responsibility. Get over here within half an hour," Brendon ordereddominantly before adding, "Give your phone to Shannon."
Ranita felt a headache coming on.
"I'll send you the materials once I'm done with work later," she said calmly, not wanting Shannon totake this call and hold it against her forever.
Holly glared at her angrily, teeth clenched tightly together. If it weren't for Brendon being sointimidating, she would have pounced on Ranita by now!
Suddenly though, Ranita decided that it didn't matter if Shannon held a grudge against her; theyhad already fallen out anyway! But then again... she needed to keep calm and rational about thiswhole situation.
