Chapter 104 A Potential Marriage Partner

Chapter 104 A Potential Marriage Partnernovelbin

"Do you remember Vincent Ramos from before? He's back at school now!"

When Vincent was mentioned, Ranita had some impression of him as he was two years ahead ofher in college and also one of Kurima Foreign Studies University's talented students!

"Wasn't he working at the translation department before? Why did he come back?"

"He was too busy! Now being back at school is great for him; he even has time to help with projectswhich is fantastic! Have you thought about seriously considering this option? Besides, these yearshave been quite exhausting on your own. I think Vincent is pretty good. How about I introduce youtwo to get to know each other?"

How did he transition from talking about work to introducing potential partners? Not many peopleknew that Ranita was married yet she hadn't told her professor either.

"Professor..."

"Just tell me if you're single now or not?! It's been several years since graduation; isn't it time forlove?" The professor said with concern, "You're not busy with your studio right now so takeadvantage while having free time by finding someone!"

Ranita couldn't resist her Professor's enthusiasm.

Ranita could only make excuses saying she needed some time off in Greece before ending theirconversation.

After chatting for half an hour on call, Ranita saw Caleb had sent several emails.

Before she could read them all, Brendon called, "Ranita, get ready. We'll go to the auction housetogether later tonight."

She realized that these past two days, she hadn't contacted Brendon once.

"What happened?"

"Don't tell me you forgot we have an auction tonight?" Brendon reminded her, and only then didRanita remember there indeed was such an event happening tonight.

In fact, the auction house often held auctions, but they were usually small-scale ones where pricesranged from tens-of-thousands-to-hundreds-of-thousands dollars. The collections were average, and mostly auctioned by small wealthy merchants.

Tonight's auction was a biannual event, with priceless items up for bidding and wealthy guests inattendance. As the host, Brendon had to make sure everything was prepared.

Ranita's position may not have been important, but it was still necessary for her to be present at theevent. She quickly got ready, putting on makeup and choosing her outfit and shoes before leaving injust half an hour.

This particular auction was quite grand, with a celebration party planned after it ended. Ranitachose a vintage dress with a square neckline that revealed some skin on her back. Paired withthree-inch heels, she looked stunning despite the revealing cut of the dress.

After greeting one wealthy businessman from Paityn Sutton (a city), Brendon turned around andsaw Ranita in her blue velvet dress that complemented her fair complexion perfectly. Her collarbonewas delicate while her neck was slender; even the few inches of ankle peeking out from under thehem were like white jade.

She also wore a diamond bracelet on one wrist which added to her radiance as she stood under thelight like a glowing gemstone.

"Come here!" Brendon beckoned Ranita over as his gaze lingered on her figure before settling onher waistline where he seemed lost in thought for a moment or two before his eyes darkenedslightly.

"Mr. Stuart!" Ranita politely stood beside him but noticed he continued staring at her intensely; hisgaze felt like flames burning through every inch of skin exposed by the dress.

"Do I have something on me?" Ranita asked him discreetly while gritting teeth slightly.

Brendon's mood suddenly lifted inexplicably as he glanced sideways at Ranita, "Your dress is veryunique."

And so are you...
