“Can all the executives of every department be in the conference room in the next thirty minutes,”Amanda said after looking at them trying to understand what was in their minds.
“Ma’am, most of the high–ups in the departments resigned and joined other companies. As youknow we have always been in the top ten in the city thus there are some companies that havealways wanted to poach us,” an employee said, making Amanda nod her head.
“Okay, the remaining ones and the department which lacks leaders, they should choose somepeople to represent them in the meeting. I will be in the office,” Amanda said as she started walkingtowards the exclusive elevator
meant for the company’s owner.
They all watched her enter and they wondered why she was familiar with the company when theyhad thought it was their first time.
“Maybe before buying the company she familiarised herself with the property,” someone murmured,making the others nod their heads as if that was the probability.
“She is young but ambitious,” another said while still gazing at the
elevator.
“While we need such a person to take us back to where we belong and make the ones who alreadyleft envious of us,” Winnie said.
“Okay, why don’t we start choosing our leaders immediately? Thirty minutes aren’t much,” a femaleemployee said before going back to her computer.
