Chapter 156 Do You Remember Me 1
Nina Morrison takes a deep breath and gets up slowly. She stretches out her right hand elegantly to
Lucien Gray with a light and distant smile on her face, "Mr. Gray,long time no see."

She calls him Mr. Gray. Lucien Gray's pupils contract and suddenly his heart pains severely.
For the past five years, he has no information about her. He didn't know where she is, neither what she
is doing.
He knows that she hates his deeply.
He tries to move on to new life. He takes his grandpa's advice and has a formal and stable girlfriend.novelbin
Spring comes after winter. Hibiscus bloom and fade. He thinks he is getting over it. He thinks he has
accepted the fact that there is no Nina Morrison in his life anymore.
But, the moment he heard her name from Peter Johnson's phone, his heart trembled like getting an
electric shock.
Now, she is standing right in front of him with that familiar smile. Even her faint fragrance is also like
that of five years ago.
But, She calls him Mr. Gray.
Lucien Gray reaches his hands mechanically and helds Nina Morrison's Hands. Her fingers are cool
and delicate, the same as before.
Unconsciously, Nina Morrison has taken her hand out of his palm politely and quietly.
Feeling the empty in his palm, Lucien Gray looks for Nina Morrison's eyes instinctively.
But Nina Morrison doesn't look at him. She smiles to Peter Johnson, "Since Mr. Gray comes, I will go
first. You can chat slowly!"
Sunny knows that Nina Morrison doesn't wants to have too much contact with Lucien Gray. So Sunny
helds Nina's arm and winks to Peter Johnson, "Nina and I will go first. You take good care of Mr. Gray."
They take their purses and are leaving from the table. Lucien Gray strides out his long legs and bars
Nina Morrison's path, "Nina Morrison, I have something to tell you."
Nina Morrison feels helpless.
Her attitude before showed clearly that she didn't wants to have any intersection with him anymore. But
he says this to her face, if she insists on leaving, she will be petty.
"What? You can say now." Nina Morrison looks at the ground, avoiding Lucien Gray's sight.
"Sunny, didn't you say that you wants go to the bathroom? I also wants to go, too. Let's go!" Peter
Johnson is an observant man. Hearing Lucien Gray wantss to talk to Nina Morrison, he pulls Sunny
away.
Sunny is dragged to the bathroom by Peter Johnson. She grumbles, "Peter Johnson what are you
doing! You leave Nina alone staying with Lucien Gray. Who knows what he will do!"
Peter Johnson smirks, "The old lovers just reunite. Let's not meddle between them. They are not
children. They know what they should do. You don't need to worry about that."
Sunny still wants to say something. But her lips have already been shut by Peter Johnson
Under the wisteria pergola, the atmosphere is as solid as the cold ice.
"Mr. Gary" Nina Morrison says quietly, breaking the silence.
Lucien Gray said he had something to say but keeps silence till now. The atmosphere is so depressed
that all she wants is to run away right now.
"Five years ago, I owed you an apology. I didn't have a chance to say. Today I met you, I hope you can
accept my apology."
Lucien Gray says slowly in a low voice, but Nina Morrison hears every word clearly.
The slight throb in her heart is covered successfully. Nina Morrison looks up and grinned, "Mr. Gary, let
bygones be bygones. Man should move on, right?"
Lucien Gray's eyes darken. It seems that she has totally forgets the past... "I have to leave, please help
me say goodbye to Sunny and Peter Johnson." Nina Morrison says in a light tone, but her fingers are
trembling slightly.
She takes up the purse from the chair and tries to make her steps steady and calm. Nina Morrison
strides out of the private restaurant.
The dusk is gathering. Lucien Gray stands under the wisteria pergola alone. The purple petals are blew
up by the wind and fall on his shoulders.
Sunny and Peter Johnson stand beside the flower wall out of the bathroom, looking at Lucien Gray
sympathetically.
"Lucien Gray looks so lonely. It makes me feel pity for him." Sunny frowns. Her heart feels
uncomfortable.
Peter Johnson glances at Sunny, "Didn't you notice that after Nina Morrison went abroad, Lucien
becomes more steady?"
Sunny thinks and nods hard, "Yes! It seems that he has changed into another man. He used to be an
arbitrary and cold megalomania. Now he seems like a human being."
Peter Johnson pinches her nose, "Don't say that! Lucien is my brother.You can't speak ill of him.""
Sunny stares at him and says, "Nina is my best girlfriend! He hurt her badly in those years. He
deserves my ten thousand ill words! "
Peter Johnson pouts toward Lucien Gray standing in the shadow of trees, "Look at him, who is more
miserable now?"
Sunny glances at Lucien Gray and smiles joyfully, "He deserves it! Nina turns a cold shoulder on him.
How delightful!"
Peter Johnson shakes his head, " How vindictive women are."
