She left Aurous Hill without telling Claire, in order to protect him from being drawn into the situation.
Micheala revealed to Claire that she had been able to take back the control of the Joules family and itthanked to Charlie’s assistance in changing her feng shui fortune.
This allowed her to return to New York with her grandfather and reclaimed the leadership of the familyduring a time of crisis.
Micheala didn’t need to explain further to Claire, as Claire already knew most of the story fromwatching the news.
