Everett spotted her in no time and with long sindes, he started heading her way.
As he got close: Corothy felt a sudden urge to turn ta and run.
Nobody was accompanying him here: he was all by himself.
Everett came to a halt next to her. The sense of oppression was making her lose her breath
She saw him pressing his thin lips together, brows slightly furrowed. The white bandage on hishandsome face was a bit conspicuous. He looked somewhat displeased, as if he was mulling over howto scold her.
Sensibly, Dorothy reached out to grab his luggage first. Her face was stiff and she was uncertain whatto say first.

Dorothy was taken aback by his words and ended up saying nothing at all.

She ended up in the passenger seat with Everett driving.
