Matilda held Aiden in her arms with lingering fear and said, “Thank goodness you’re finally home.” Shewas afraid something might happen, but fortunately, Amelia and Aiden had returned safely.
Amelia let out a sigh and said, “Mom, please take care of Aiden. I need to go to the room… to changemy clothes.”
