Chapter 286

Chapter 286

However, she could tell that Rosalie must be deeply in love with Jonathan by now. She thought about itfor a moment and decided not to say anything. After all, Rosalie had been through a lot and shesuspected that Rosalie had already considered the concerns she had.

She could only hope in her heart that Rosalie would truly have a good ending, unlike herself.

During her free time in the afternoon, Lillian chatted with Rosalie for a while. Lillian was amazed tolearn that Rosalie had attended the movie premiere starring Dominic Caesar and regretted not goingwith the latter.

She then started asking Rosalie about the scene when she met Dominic yesterday and if she got anyautographs.

Rosalie sent the photos of herself with Dominic that Jonathan had taken on her phone to Lillian. As forthe signed photos and posters Dominic had given her, she would take pictures of them and send themto Lillian later.

“Wow, I envy you so much for getting so close to Dominic. I heard he’s doing a few more promotionalevents in Strico. I wonder if I can meet him!” Lillian exclaimed.

“If you really want to meet Dominic, just talk to Callum. He may have connections. It shouldn’t be toodifficult to arrange,” Rosalie suggested, knowing that someone like Callum, as the head of the Whitefamily, likely had connections.

To arrange for Lillian to meet Dominic wouldn’t be much trouble.

“Him…” Lillian shuddered. “Never mind.” Whenever she watched videos related to Dominic, Callum’sface would darken.

It wasn’t just Dominic. It was also other male celebrities she admired. Callum always wore a displeasedexpression whenever she was interested in male celebrities.

It made her pursuit of being a fangirl quite secretive. Was this how it felt to be in a relationship?

Fortunately, her relationship with Callum was only a “fake” one. If it were real, she believed that shewould have no hope of pursuing her fangirl interests for the rest of her life. Lillian couldn’t help butblame herself once again for getting involved with him.

If she hadn’t gone along with that aggressive move under the influence of alcohol back then, shewouldn’t be in this awkward situation now, would she?

In summary, a single mistake can lead to eternal regret.

Seeing the miserable emoji Lillian sent her, Rosalie couldn’t help but laugh. She still believed thatCallum being with Lillian wasn’t out of revenge.

After all, there were many ways for revenge and Callum didn’t need to choose such a complicatedmethod. Moreover, during their last trip to Sloummont, from Callum’s behavior and the way he lookedat Lillian, Rosalie believed that Callum had certain feelings for Lillian.

In the evening, after Rosalie returned home from work, she arranged the posters and signed photosthat Dominic had given her on the coffee table. She then took pictures of them and sent them to Lillian.novelbin

Discussing stars with her friend made Rosalie feel like she had returned to the feeling she had beforethe accident. It was a long-lost sense of ease.

Jonathan sat on the couch, watching as Rosalie took pictures of the posters and chatted with Lillian viamessages. A smile played on her lips. From time to time, her hand caressed the face of Dominic on theposters.

He thought, “Is that actor so attractive?” Jonathan’s eyes were fixed on Rosalie’s hand, which wastouching Dominic’s face.

So, Jonathan transformed into the jealous boyfriend again, stretching out his long arm and pullingRosalie into his embrace.

“Aren’t you done taking pictures?” he asked.

“Just two more posters,” Rosalie replica.

“Then let me do it,” he said as he took her phone, snapped photos of the remaining two posters, andsent them to Lillian.

It would be better for him to shoot it himself than let her.

“Is that it?” Rosalie asked and she was surprised at how quickly he had taken the photos.

“Yes, just two posters. How long do you think it takes?” Jonathan replied.

Rosalie glanced at the photos Jonathan had sent to her friend and noticed that the framing wasn’tperfect in some of them. She hoped Lillian wouldn’t mind. If she did, Rosalie could take better photoslater.

Rosalie opened her phone’s gallery and started looking at the pictures Jonathan had taken of her withDominic. She

planned to select one to print out as a memento. After all, having a photo with her favorite star was acherished memory.

“Why are you still looking at those photos?” Jonathan, not completely over his jealousy, started feelingjealous again.

“I’m going to print a photo and put it in the album,” Rosalie said.

“Is he good-looking?” His voice was full of jealousy.

Rosalie blinked and then looked up, meeting Jonathan’s clearly jealous expression. She had a feelingthat he was going to be like this when it came to her admiration for male celebrities.

“He’s quite good-looking, but…” She changed her tone, noticing his sinking mood, and continued, “Heis not as good-looking as you. In my eyes, you’re the most handsome, Jon.”

Her words, especially the “my” part, seemed to have an effect on him. “Your?” He raised an eyebrow.

“Yes, mine.” Rosalie nodded, feeling her cheeks flush. She was getting shameless.

He chuckled and the previous jealousy disappeared. “I like hearing you say that. I’m yours and you’remine.”

“So, don’t be jealous!” Rosalie said, “When it comes to Dominic, I’m just a fan. And I’m not the kind whois overly obsessed. Apart from him, I have other favorite stars too. I appreciate the characters theyportray in movies and that’s all. I don’t worry or care about them beyond that.”

Pausing for a moment, she put down her phone and held his face in her hands. “But you are different. Icare about your feelings and I want to be with you for the rest of my life. For the stars, they are juststars. I never want to be with them for the rest of my life.”

Jonathan fixed his gaze on the person in front of him. She seemed to make his anxiety subside.

“I don’t like it when you look at him for too long.” Jonathan stated. “Rosalie, I’m not a generous man.Even if you only appreciate him as an actor, it’s not allowed.”

His dominance and possessiveness were strong and he was aware of that. Sometimes it made her feelsuffocated.

As he said this, he was also observing her reaction, fearing that she might feel so confined that shemight start to dislike it.

Rosalie blinked her eyes and pursed her lips as if she was thinking. Then she smiled and said, “Okay, Ican chase after celebrities occasionally. And, Jon…”
