Chapter 1023

Lillian looked embarrassed. “I-I’m just saying.”

“Just saying?” Callum pulled his tie and said, “Then why don’t you just say how much these two actorsare your type?”

Lillian didn’t know what to say. Whatever she said now would just be futile.

Rosalie hurriedly said, “That’s enough. Let’s order first. We are all hungry now, especially Lillian!”

“Yes, let’s order!” Lillian also hurriedly said.

Thus, the two women simply took the menu and began to order together. The two men looked at eachother with different expressions on their faces.

Soon, the dishes ordered by Lillian and Rosalie came one after another.

The four of them began to eat. In the middle of the meal, Jonathan abruptly said, “Why do you girls liketo watch the kind of TV series where two men are dating?”

“Huh?”

Lillian and Rosalie looked at each other. Finally, Rosalie replied, “It’s not that we like to watch this kindof TV series. It’s just that the TV series we like just so happens to be such a genre. We feel that thisgenre is able to show that the person one loves is their one and only regardless of others. Even ifpeople around them treat them differently, their feelings remain unchanged.”

“Really? Isn’t it because of the looks of those two men?” Jonathan said.

Pfft!

Lillian almost spat out the food before she could swallow it.

Rosalie was also sweating.

She had to admit that the actors’ looks were also a bonus. “Well, seeing good-looking people togetheris pleasing to the eye.”

“So…” Jonathan suddenly stood up, pulled his chair away, walked to Callum, and glanced at the twowomen. “If Callum and I are like this, do you find it pleasing to the eye?”

While speaking, he pressed one hand on Callum’s shoulder and then slowly leaned down. His facegradually approached Callum.

Callum was stunned for a moment, but then he turned his head slightly and looked at Jonathan as ifsomething had come to his mind.

The two men stared at each other, and their handsome faces were getting closer.

Rosalie and Lillian’s eyes widened in astonishment.

“Goodness gracious…” A low cry came out of Lillian’s mouth. The sight was a little suggestive…Callum looked gentle and androgynous, while Jonathan was cold and handsome with unbelievablygorgeous

eyes.

Such two men were in an ambiguous posture that could easily cause others to reverie. The impact wasnot comparable to the two rookie actors in the TV series.

At this moment, Lillian felt like she was going to have a nosebleed from the excitement. Yet, when shesaw their faces getting so close that their lips were about to touch, she quickly leaned over and pulled

Callum aside, slightly widening the distance between Callum and Jonathan.

“Um, you don’t have to do that anymore. That’s enough…” Lillian hurriedly said. At this moment, shefelt that her future husband was about to be taken away.

After all, Jonathan’s face was so handsome that it could attract both men and women!

“Really?” Jonathan looked at Rosalie, who was staring blankly at the scene in front of her. “Do think it’senough? If it’s not enough, I can make it more pleasing to the eye.”

“It’s enough, really,” Rosalie hurriedly said in embarrassment. Jonathan was evidently still jealous.

It seemed that she had to comfort Jonathan after going back home.

Jonathan then patted Callum on the shoulder and sat back in his chair.

Callum looked at Jonathan pensively and then at Lillian, who looked worried. “What’s wrong? I thoughtyou liked this.”

Lillian rolled her eyes. “That doesn’t mean that I like seeing you with other men…” After a pause, sheadded, “Uh, if I hadn’t stopped you just now, you would have kissed.”

“Even if we did kiss, it wouldn’t mean anything.” Callum meant that if the person he kissed were nother, it would just be as meaningless as a mere touch.

As soon as he said this, Lillian’s jaw dropped. “No! You can’t kiss him! Callum, only I can kiss you!”

Then she kissed his lips instantly. It was not until the end of the kiss that she suddenly realized that herfriend and Jonathan were still in the private room!

Even though Lillian was pretty shameless, she still blushed.novelbin

After the long meal, the two men took their women home. But when Lillian got in the car, Rosalicsuddenly walked to Callum and said something to him before getting into Jonathan’s car.

After Callum got in the car, Lillian asked, “What did Rosalie say?”

“Nothing. She just said that I should take good care of you since you are pregnant,” Callum said, starting the car.

The car slowly drove out of the parking lot, and what flashed through his mind was what Rosalie hadsaid. just now.

“Callum, have you thought about when you will marry Lillian? At the moment, everyone knows thatLillian is pregnant with your baby, but everyone also knows that she is still Ms. Quinn, not Mrs. White.Although Lillian doesn’t seem to care about it, I don’t want anyone to gossip about her!”

He thought, ‘Marriage?

Oh, right. When I decided to start over with her, I should have already brought up marriage with her, right?

But to this day, I haven’t officially talked to her about it.

I’ve been too careless and didn’t expect that delaying it would cause people to gossip about her. Evenif she and her parents wouldn’t mind, what about her relatives and friends? What about her neighbors?

What would they think of her?’

“So, I’ll send you back now?” Callum looked at Lillian as he spoke.

“There’s no need to hurry. I want to go to your office and stay with you this afternoon,” Lillian said.

“Okay. If you’re sleepy, just get some shut-eye. I’ll wake you up when we get there.” He knew that shewould always be sleepy when she was full during this period.

“Okay.” She nodded and was about to close her eyes in a daze. But before she fell asleep, she said toCallum, “By the way, you can’t fall in love with Jonathan. He only has Rosalie in his heart.”

Hearing this, Callum was nonplussed.
