Chapter 6841

Before he could finish his sentence, he noticed the woman had swiftly waved her hand, releasing a burst of purple-red light beam to surround him.

"Argh!" Neville's agonizing scream filled the air as he was surrounded and assaulted by numerous vengeful spirits. From his feet, they worked their way up, gruesomely chewing off his flesh. The purple-red light finally faded only after the resentful spirits had reduced him to bare bones.

Witnessing this, Zoltán panicked and fled. However, he suddenly stopped when Neville's skeleton collapsed, and a soul energy ball emerged, floating toward the woman.

Zoltan's lips trembled. "You...you're so cruel. Are you a demon?"

The woman toyed with Neville's soul energy ball before swallowing it whole, causing Zoltán to shudder in fear.

After a brief silence, the woman calmly declared, "For the sake of power, you can betray your master and sister so readily. What right does he have to pass judgment?"

Zoltán stumbled backward, his face filled with horror. "You... who are you?" 'The Dark Heavenly Path, Thea," As she spoke, she lunged toward Zoltán. Then, another terrifying purple-red light beam shot out and enveloped him.

Just as the vengeful spirits were about to begin their assaults, Thea abruptly halted them.

The next moment, a purple-gold light emerged from her body, and Zenda materialized from it.

"Zenda! Save me, Zenda!" Zoltán cried out desperately, clutching onto what seemed like his last hope.

Zenda heaved deeply, turned to Thea, and clasped her hands. "Ms. Thea, I Thea squinted and asked, "Do you intend to ask me to spare him?"

Zenda replied, "No. His fate is already sealed. But I do have one request. Please allow me the duty of ending his life. I'd like to spare him from a painful death."

Thea crossed her arms, pondering briefly before giving a subtle nod.

The next moment, Zenda summoned a purple-gold sword and approached Zoltán.

Terrified, Zoltán pleaded, "No, Zenda! I'm your brother! You can't do this to me. You can't..."

Swoosh!

Zenda slashed her sword, immediately slicing through Zoltan's golden body. Zoltan's face contorted in horror after seeing the gaping wound in his abdomen, 'This is to sever our bond as siblings and punish you for betraying me," Zenda said in a quivering voice. Then, she thrust her sword into Zoltan's body from behind.

'This strike serves as retribution for violating the sacred traditions of the Zazen Temple, as well as your disloyalty and disrespect."

She retracted the sword once more and thrust it into his body once more.

'This is for your disloyalty toward our master and being ungrateful for his generosity."

Zoltán was covered in blood from his injuries. However, he resisted the urge to cry out in pain. Instead, he seemed to have become calm.novelbin

Zenda raised her hand and drove her sword into his body again.

"This is to punish you for colluding with your alliance with the wicked and inflicting suffering upon other beings."

Zoltán coughed up blood, then burst into a woeful laugh.

"Your reproaches are just, and your actions warranted. I hold no regrets in death. Since you insist on following James, I know I cannot dissuade you. My only wish is for you to succeed and honor the Zazen Temple."

As his last words echoed, his body erupted in a brilliant purple-gold light, and with a resounding blast, he self-destructed.

"Zoltán!" Zenda screamed in anguish, collapsing to the ground with a heavy thud. Witnessing Zoltan's tragic end, Thea remained detached from the grief. She stepped forward but ignored Zenda. Her focus shifted, and she extended her hand to unleash a purple-red light beam toward the swirling black-and-white mass before her.
