Chapter 4357

James dragged his severely injured body forward in the mysterious passage.

After walking a certain distance, he began to descend downward. He fell out of the passage andappeared in an unfamiliar place.novelbin

Boom!

His body crashed into a mountain range, flattening a large area.

“What’s the second trial?”

James lay down on the ground, unable to muster the strength to stand. He simply stared at the bluesky above him.

‘Welcome to the Path of Heavenly Awakening’s second trial. You are required to make your way toMount Boundless’ holy site. Once you enter the holy site, you must leave after a short period.”

James heard a faint voice ringing in his ears. He endured the agony from his body and got up from theground.

Not only was he severely injured, but he had also lost his Path Powers. Thus, he could no longer usethe Life Path’s power to heal his injuries. He had no choice but to rely on his own natural regeneration.

Without the help of another powerhouse to treat his injuries, he knew it was unlikely he would last forlong.

‘Where’s Mount Boundless, and how much time do I have?”

James was crestfallen. He lost his Path Powers and could not use it to inspect the unfamiliar place. Hewanted to use his powerful Divine Sense but his injuries stopped him from doing so.

James feebly limped into the distance. His only way of leaving the forest was to obtain the aid of othersand ask for directions to Mount Boundless.

Meanwhile, an old man sat on a rock atop Mount Boundless which belonged to the Boundless Sect. Hewore a white robe, had gray hair and a long beard.

Suddenly, he sensed something unusual and looked into the horizon.

“Interesting.”

The sound of footsteps resounded, and a middle-aged man appeared.

“Master.”

The middle-aged man stood before the old man, clasped his fists, and reported curtly, “I’ve sensed anunusual force. It seems Mount Boundless has formed a connection with a strong influence.”

The old man caressed his white beard and said, “Yes, it has. It’s the Path of Heavenly Awakening’spower. Someone from the future must’ve wandered into the Path of Heavenly Awakening. An illusoryprojection of Mount Boundless has

been produced for one of his trials.”

Hearing this, the middle-aged man frowned and asked, “Do you know who it is?”

The old man replied, “I sensed a human. He’s currently inside the primary forest behind MountBoundless. He’s severely injured, and his Paths are stripped away. As far as I know, there’s only oneliving being throughout the ages that possesses a Supernatural Power capable of stripping awayanother’s Path Powers.”

The middle-aged man frowned and uttered, ‘That person is the Yaneiri King from the Yaneiri Clan.”

The old man replied, ‘That’s right. The Yaneiri King, Wynton, reversed time and space and traversedthe River of Time to come to our world. Even your junior, who has the same rank as him, could not beatWynton and his Moonlit Sword. The human must’ve confronted Wynton, and had his Paths erased fromhis mind.”

The old man was also a human and was the Grand Patriarch of Mount Boundless.

The middle-aged man was his inner disciple, named Saewald Luanne.

Saewald’s junior who was regarded as the Human Race’s prodigy was Yardos Xagorari.

“What should we do now, Master?” asked Saewald.

The Boundless Master looked in James’ direction and said, ” He is severely injured right now. If he isn’ttreated immediately, he won’t make it. I have no idea what his trial involves. I’ll go meet him and assessthe situation first.”
