Chapter 3816

James left Mount Nine-Saints. He came here to persuade Mirabelle to support him. Initially, heexpected it to be a difficult endeavor. However, he did not expect this to be so easy.

He was in a good mood. He returned to the Ancestral Holy Site and his accommodation. Now that hehad Mirabelle's support, he was one step closer to becoming the Lord of the new universe.

However, Mirabelle alone was not enough. If he was a Nine-Power Macrocosm Ancestral God, hecould accomplish his ambitions easily. However, he was not a Nine-Power Macrocosm Ancestral God.Though. He could deal with ordinary Macrocosm Ancestral Gods, he could not fight against morepowerful figures.

"Looks like I need to gain the support of Longinus, the Lord of the Second Universe."novelbin

James sat on the wall of his courtyard and gazed into the picturesque scenery in the distance. At thatmoment, he was contemplating how best to gain the support of Longinus. Should he use the same trickon him just like what he did with Mirabelle? No, it would not work. That was because Longinus did notknow anything about Yukia. Naturally, he would not be intimidated at all.

"I wonder if he has paid the Omnipotent Lord a visit…" James murmured.

Even though he was at his wit's end, he had to go find Longinus. He activated his Divine Sense andimmediately discovered Longinus' accommodation. He leaped down from the wall and landed on theground before heading toward Longinus' accommodation.

Before he could leave his manor, however, an elderly man appeared before him. Wearing a black robe, the man had a long black beard. His appearance did not seem to be too old, and there was animmense vitality circulating throughout his body.

"The Unmatched Emperor?"

James froze.

The man before him was none other than the Unmatched Emperor, the disciple of Yukia Dearnaley, themaster of Henrik Declan, and a hidden powerful figure of the Twelfth Universe. He had also cultivated amysterious power. However, his power was not above James'. James estimated that his strength wasat the Four-Power Macrocosm Ancestral God Rank.

"Why are you here?" James walked toward him and asked.

The Unmatched Emperor said smilingly, "How can I possibly miss the conference of the twelveuniverses? Seeing that you are leaving immediately after returning from Mount Nine-Saints, are youplanning to pay the Lord of the Second Universe a visit?"

James looked at him, puzzled.

"You seem to know my movements well."

The Unmatched Emperor said, smiling, "Since you are about to look for Longinus, I assume that youhave successfully convinced Mirabelle?"

James said smilingly, "Since you are here, I assume you have a way to help me convince Longinus?"

"Let's go," the Unmatched Emperor said.

James never thought that the Unmatched Emperor would appear in the First Universe. Now that hewas here, he had a helping hand. If the Unmatched Emperor could really convince Longinus, thingswould proceed much more smoothly.

The two soon arrived at Longinus' accommodation.

At that moment, Longinus was sitting on a plot of grass in the courtyard.

He had met with the Omnipotent Lord and obtained some pieces of information. Though theauthenticity could not be verified, he now knew that James was a terrifying person. Now, he wasthinking about how exactly he could become the Lord of the new universe.

At that moment, two figures appeared outside the courtyard.

He immediately sensed their presence. As he waved his hand, the gates opened, and James and theUnmatched Emperor walked in.

Upon seeing James, Longinus immediately stood up, and a smile crept up on his grim face. Then, hewalked toward James and said with a grin, "I was wondering who it was. Turns out it's my friend, Forty-nine. Is something the matter?"

James glanced at the Unmatched Emperor. However, the Unmatched Emperor simply remained silent.

He was confused.
