Chapter 3512

Herschel was of the opinion that James had to die. However, since his crush Thea had comepersonally to make a request, he could not simply turn her down. So, he came up with other plans toget rid of James. Since James’ physical strength was at the peak of the Seventh Heaven GrandEmperor Rank, he would send Grand Emperors at the peak of the Ninth Heaven to stop him. Not onlythat, but he would also set up terrifying Formations to annihilate James.

Meanwhile, James was lost in contemplation. Herschel had made a compromise. If James couldsuccessfully reach Mount Heavenly Path, all grudges would be set aside. However, she was worriedthat James would fail.

“Just send your disciples to block his way. There’ll be no need for Formations. If you agree, I will returnto the Callahans at once and inform James about this.” After some contemplation, Thea said.

Herschel contemplated.

After considering the strength of the prodigies at the Ninth Heaven Grand Emperor Rank in theprevious Grand Tournament, he nodded and said, “Sure, it’s a deal then.”

Then, he casually waved his hand, and a map appeared before Thea.novelbin

He said, “This is the route from the Callahans to Mount Heavenly Path. James must proceed accordingto the routes.”

Upon accepting the map, Thea simply turned to leave without uttering a single word.

When she reappeared, she was already at the Callahans.

For the past few days, James had been searching for Thea, hoping to converse with her. However, shewas nowhere to be seen.

At that moment, he was sitting on a wall in the courtyard while nibbling a nip of grass as he staredblankly into the distance. novelebook.comWhen Thea appeared before him all of a sudden, heimmediately leaped down from the wall and said with a bright smile, “You’re back, Thea.”

“Mhm.”

Thea nodded slightly.

As she entered the courtyard, she took a seat in a seating area in the courtyard. Then, she tugged ather dress to prevent her underwear from being seen.

James walked toward her and sat beside her.

“I’ve just returned from Mount Heavenly Path.”

Thea said, “I pleaded for clemency for you. Herschel has agreed to stop pursuing you. However, hehas a demand.”

Then, she simply narrated Herschel’s request to James.

James remained silent.

Thea continued, “Sienna will be waiting for you at Mount Heavenly Path in a wedding gown. If youreach Mount Heavenly Path, not only will you resolve the grudge between you and Mount HeavenlyPath, but you will also marry Sienna. Whether or not you can benefit from such a great deal dependson your strength.”

James said, “I have no problem heading to Mount Heavenly Path. No matter what prodigies stand inmy way, I will defeat them all. However, don’t you think we are rushing the marriage thing?”

Thea glanced at him.

James sighed and said, “Thea, can’t you tell I have a crush on you? I came here to the Callahans foryou. I love you.”

James confessed.

Thea, on the other hand, only said coldly, “There’s no way you and I will be together. So give up on thatthought. Sienna’s a fine girl. Her smile is better than my ice-cold expression anyway.”

James, however, said with firm determination, “Even if you don’t like me now, you definitely will in thefuture.”

Thea stood up and said, “We’ll talk about the future some other time. Now, you will first need to marrySienna. If you make me fall for you in the future, I don’t have anything against polygamy. Go andprepare. You’ll depart for Mount Heavenly Path in three months.”

Then, Thea turned to leave without giving James the chance to retort.

James sighed.

Sienna was right. Thea was too assertive.

“Polygamy?”

James laughed bitterly.
