Then, they left the inn.
There were many people outside the inn. Among them were the strongest fighter of the Eidolon Realm,the Martial Reverend—Sect Leader of the Paragon Sect, the Great Elder of the Paragon Sect, and theLord of Southern Plains City.
The Lord was highly respectful toward the Martial Reverend. As Yevpraksiya walked out of the innalongside James, she was stunned upon seeing the powerful figures outside.
What was going on? Why were there so many powerful figures outside the inn?
When he saw JAmes, the Martial Reverend greeted him respectfully, “Master James, should wedepart?”
James nodded slightly and said, “Yes.”

James walked to the front.

They headed to the Teleportation Formation of the Southern Plains City and traveled to Paragon City,the city in which the sect was established.
Upon their arrival, the Martial Reverend brought James and the others out of the city.
There was an undulating mountain range outside, where there was an abundance of Spiritual Energyand the scenery was picturesque.
Soon, they reached the main peak of the Paragon Sect.
James received VIP treatment and was provided with an independent courtyard at the back of themountain of the main peak.
In the courtyard, James was sitting on a stone chair. Thea and Xainte were sitting beside him, whileYevpraksiya stood at the back.

James was lost in contemplation. After some time, he said, “Back then, Emperor Jabari said that themastermind who controlled you could be a remnant of one of the forces of the Primeval Age. They aresearching for the Ancestral God Rank Elixir. Though this was only mere speculation on his part, hemust have his reasons to make such an assumption. Next, we’ll go separate ways.”
“You’ll stay at the Paragon Sect and assist the Martial Reverend in investigating the forces behind themysterious individual. I, on the other hand, will head to the Holy Realm and sneak into the ElixirPavilion. I’ll investigate whether that Elixir Pavilion is the one mentioned by Xandros and whether theAncestral God Rank Elixir is still located there.”
James gave a simple analysis of their next course of action. Now that it had come to this, this was theonly way.

“This is the Ancestral God Weapon left behind by the Ancestral Sword Master. Take this in case youencounter any danger.”
An Ancestral God Weapon was terrifying. With Thea’s current strength, she could stand against aGrand Emperor at the Second Heaven with the Ancestral God Weapon.
Thea did not hesitate much and accepted the Divine Sword.
Xainte looked at James and asked, “Father, when will you be heading to the Holy Realm?”
James furrowed his eyebrows and said, “Stop calling me that. Just call me Dad.”
Xainte answered respectfully, “Dad.”
James smiled and said, “There’ll be a discipleship examination in the Elixir Pavilion of the Holy Realm,which I plan to sneak into. Since there’s plenty of time before the examination starts, I intend to remainat the Paragon Sect and plan my next move.”
Since James had plenty of time, he did not rush things. He planned to use this opportunity to spendtime with Thea and his daughter.
