“Leave us for now.” Lucifer turned and looked at the Protector.
“Understood.”
The Protector did not linger for long and hurriedly left.
Meanwhile, Lucifer released James, who collapsed to the ground. Then, he got up with great difficultyand sat in a lotus position on the ground.
Lucifer, who was standing beside him, asked, “We’re alone now, so tell me the truth. How did youobtain this physical body?”

“Lucifer, your father is long dead. Although the Demonic Lotus was once your father’s Natal PrimordialSpirit, it has long dispersed. The Demonic Lotus is now merely an object,” James spoke softly.
“Answer my question!” Lucifer roared. His Demonic Energy was so terrifying that it even made James’blood run cold.
James took a deep breath and said, “I told you I was once dead. However, someone saved me andused the Demonic Lotus to reshape my physical body. That’s how I came back to life.”
Hearing this, Lucifer’s knees gave way. “There’s no more hope… Now that the Demonic Lotus is lost,my father can never be resurrected.” He was dejected.
James sat on the ground and rested for some time before getting up with great difficulty and looking atLucifer, saying, “Do you intend to take back the Demonic Lotus? I’ve already cultivated a new NatalDemonic Lotus.”
Lucifer glanced at James, saying, “The Demonic Lotus has perfectly merged with your soul. Thismeans that you were predestined to obtain the Demonic Lotus and that you have my father’sacknowledgment. Then, under his order, everyone hurriedly retreated. Soon, they were out of the stone cavern. Outside,the Protector knelt.
“Master Lucifer, my ancestor is a Senior General under His Majesty’s banner. My duty is to wait hereand resurrect you.”
Lucifer gazed into the distance. His memories were still stuck in ancient times. He remembered thewords his father said to him before they parted.
‘Lucifer, I’ll be sealing you away. Sleep peacefully. By the time you awake, you’d have reached the
brightest era of our times. You do not belong to this era. You belong to the era countless millennia inthe future.’
‘Father, I won’t let you down.”
Lucifer clenched his fists.
“Master, that person has a Supreme Token of the Demon Race,” the Protector said.
Lucifer nodded slightly and said, “It’s understandable. He must have attracted the attention of someamong the Demon Race. That token must have been given to him by a core member of the DemonRace. Pay no heed to him. We should leave at once.”
Then, Lucifer left alongside the members of the Demon Race.
James walked out of the camp. Seeing that everyone had left, he returned to the stone cavern.
As the Demon Race left, the Magic Circle disappeared. James, however, did not act impulsively.Instead, he waited outside and waited for another day to pass.
Then, he released Henry, Delainey, and the cultivators who were being pursued from the CelestialAbode.
He looked at the cultivators and said coldly, “Since you’re safe now, you may leave. Do not tell anyoneanything about the Celestial Abode. Or else…”
