Chapter 2089

Chapter 2089

James did not expect to need 400,000 soldiers.

His initial plan was to send all these 100,000 soldiers to the Time Chamber to speed up theircultivation.

Now that they needed 300,000 more people, the Time Chamber would not have enough space. “Ms.Sophie, I wanted the soldiers to practice in the Time Chamber. Now that we have three hundredthousand more people, would it be possible for all of them to train in there?”

James expressed his concerns.

Sophie said with a smile, “Nothing is impossible. I read from Time Avenue’s Inscription and roughlyunderstood some of the rules. I can probably arrange a Time Formation. Although I can’t adjust thepassage for one month within the formation to be a day outside, I can at least achieve a few days in theformation to be one day outside.

“Roughly understood?”

James was rendered speechless.

Somehow, he felt like Sophie was slightly unreliable.

“Don’t worry. It’ll be fine.” Sophie reassured him.

For now, James could only place his trust in Sophie.

He personally sent Delainey out of the Celestial Abode so that she could select another 300,000soldiers from the Black Dragon Army.

Afterward, James returned to the Celestial Abode.

Sophie said 400,000 people had to be divided into four teams, and each needed one team leader, which was four leaders in total.

According to James, the Blithe King, Henry, and Delainey would be great leaders.

The Blithe King and Henry used to be generals capable of leading troops on a battlefield.

Meanwhile, Delainey was a talented martial artist from the Mount Thunder Sect. She had been trainingthe Black Dragon Army all these years and had high prestige in the army. Thus, she was also verysuitable for the position. Now, he was one person short.

James became worried.

He needed one more person. Who would fit the role?

It would be inappropriate for him to fill the position.novelbin

Suddenly, he thought of Thea.

Thea would be the most suitable person to fill the last position. She was powerful and would not needmuch training. All she had to do was enter the Celestial Abode and learn the formation from Sophie.

Delainey acted very quickly and selected 300,000 people in just a few days.

A total of 400,000 soldiers gathered in the Celestial Abode.

All of them were shocked when they entered the Celestial Abode.

James did not interfere in the following training.

After he brought all the soldiers into the Celestial Abode, he transformed the place back into a ring andreturned to Wyrmstead with it.

James met up with Quincy in a restaurant in Dragonville.

Quincy wore large sunglasses and a hat, whereas James wore a mask to cover up half of his face.

The two were prominent figures and disguised themselves as they did not want to cause a commotionamong the citizens.

“Thank you for working hard all these years.”

James picked up his wine glass and said, “Here’s a toast to you.”

Quincy picked up her wine glass, toasted with James, and chuckled. “I didn’t really do much. It’s anhonor that I could participate in Wyrmstead’s establishment. I’ve lived a pretty good life all these yearsand have been immersed in work. When I’m busy with work, I don’t have the time to think about otherthings or a certain person. So, I didn’t have the time to feel sad or cry about anything.”

Although she spoke calmly, her words were full of sorrow.
