to listen into his calls, then yes you would have to go into his territory.” “There are only two major phone companies out here.” Alec said quietly. “Yes, sir.” Alec turned off the water and got out. Then we could search for the phone numbers and find out where they go to.” “In theory, yes. If the number is unlisted, then you would run into other issues but yeah.
