We searched for him every day but couldn’t find him: It was pretty clear he didn’t want to be found.Slowly, everybody’s lives were back to normal except for mine. I couldn’t bring myself to stop thinkingabout Thiago..

I didn’t stop my research, but this time the topic changed. Instead of looking for any more informationon the Lycans, I was searching for the Mother Witch.

“If we can meet her, I can ask her about the witch that cast this horrendous curse on Thiago,” I spoke tomyself. The water from my wet hair was falling on my shoulders as I had just taken a shower afterhaving sex with Lazlo. Everybody had fallen asleep, but I couldn’t sleep. I don’t know how manyrestless nights had gone by that I didn’t sleep properly.

“Enya!” I heard Lazlo wake up and stare at me. I was so focused on my laptop’s screen that I didn’teven see him for the first few minutes.

“Do you think I should reach out to Oswin again?” | asked Lazlo, who shrugged his shoulders.

“I don’t know. It seems like a suicide plan to me. They took your blood so that they could find out if youhave your mother’s powers. Now, why would you walk straight to them when we know they hold evilintents for you?” Lazlo was

against the idea of me digging into Mother Witch. I wasn’t too sure. It seems like if anyone who can tellme all about the witches in werewolf land, it has to be her.

“Quit thinking about it. I will not allow you to jeopardize your life.” He sounded stern this time.

“But Thiag–,” Before I could finish, Lazlo interrupted me.

“He sacrificed his life for your life. Treasure it!” he commented before lying down in my bed and lookingall angry at me.

“I guess you are right. How about I visit my home? Would that be fine?” I inquired, and he sounded alittle stunned by the idea.

“Two witches were banished from the werewolf land,” I said as I recalled the diary stating that, “One ofthem was my mother and the other one is unknown. I just don’t know, but I have a feeling that if I visitmy home, I will find something that will point me straight to the other witch,” I explained to him why it isnecessary to find that other witch, and this time, Lazlo seemed interested.novelbin

“Okay! Let’s go there but for now–,” he grabbed my laptop and turned it off, “get some sleep,” hefinished and pulled me into the bed.

I wasn’t slacking in my relationship with Lazlo because I didn’t want him to feel any type of way. Evenwhen I was worried about what Thiago and Lazlo wanted to make out, I would take full part.

Christian and Maynard, on the other hand, he proposed a simple dinner because every time heplanned something big,

something bad happened.

Maynard’s punishment was also coming to an end, and he had decided to take Christina with him. Thatwas a rule. If an alpha is released and his Luna still has some days to cover, he can take her with him.That will leave me and Lazlo alone with Moana and the new roommate.

Moana questioned a lot about Thiago’s disappearance, but then the announcement was made to thewhole academy and they mourned the loss. He left a pack without an alpha. His pack, however, haddeclined all the support and asked the council to give them some time to pick an alpha for their pack.

I don’t know what was going on there, but I intended to pay them a visit very soon. The next morningwas a rush. I woke up early to clean and also clean the room with the others for the arrival of the newroommate.

“Principle has asked me to bring him here. I will be back in a minute,” Moana cheered when receiving amessage from a staff member. She loved to be the person in charge.

We watched her walk out of the room in full funk and return with the new roommate. There was asilence occupying the room until she opened the door and walked inside with a huge smile plasteredacross her lips.

He didn’t follow her inside, but she did start yammering after giving a flick to her hair.

“Actually, our new roommate is my boyfriend,” she announced, watching our faces and then rolling hereyes when nobody cheered for her. Did she really expect us to congratulate her? We have been underso much stress and

Nobody was fond of her, and now that her boyfriend was going to be roommates with us, we wereexhausted.

“Another warlock?” Lazlo complained, wrapping his arms around me from behind and keeping meclose.

“No! I am actually dating a werewolf.” She clutched her hands in front of her body and giggled shyly.

“To be honest, I thought nobody would want to date a witch, but then I saw Enya having so many alphamates and my confidence grew.” She looked at me and her eyes shimmered. It gave me a weird vibe,but I didn’t question her at the moment.

“She is a hybrid,” Lazlo corrected her in a whisper.

“Anyway, let me introduce you to my boyfriend.” She clapped her hands and stepped closer to the dooragain. Her boyfriend was standing outside, waiting. Reminded me of Corbin. That’s when the dooropened and the devil himself walked inside with a smile on his lips. Everybody gasped while Lazlofreed me from his embrace.

“Meet my boyfriend, Alpha King Corbin.” She announced, and this time, there was no smile on her lips.Her eyes stared right into mine, and an evil smirk crept across her lips.
