"Can you move a little closer and see better?" he reminded her.

She did as he said, getting closer, and the visual effect improved.

At that moment, a shooting star streaked across the sky, visible through the stargazing equipment,the beauty of it truly breathtaking, soon followed by another...

The streaks kept coming one after the other.

"It's so beautiful! I can see clearly!" the girl was excited inside.

Seeing her so happy, Spencer also became incredibly happy, a smile full of happiness on his lips.

"Wow, there's a red one, did you see it?" Summer shared her excitement with him.

Spencer also saw it, very conspicuous.

Looking back at her, just a profile view was enough to captivate him, she looked like a happy childtonight, causing a smile to appear on his lips.

"Wow, there's a blue one too! So bright!" Summer excitedly turned to look at him, "Did you see it?"

But she found him staring at her, not even looking at the sky, as if she was more beautiful than theheavens.

Summer's smile faltered slightly, meeting the man's gentle and warm gaze, she couldn't help feelinga little uneasy, for a few seconds, their eyes locked, only seeing each other.

The sky was now raining orange, green, and blue shooting stars.

A gentle breeze brushed against their faces... so beautiful.

In that moment, Spencer felt his heart race, noticeably speeding up.

Just looking at her, his lips curved slightly, a charming and captivating curve.

Seeing Summer feeling a bit embarrassed, she quickly regained composure, refocusing on thetelescope to watch the starry sky...

Fortunately, the meteor shower kept getting more intense, beautiful and spectacular, once againcapturing her attention.

Summer enjoyed this beauty, after all, it was the first time in her life seeing it, she immersed herselfin this beauty, not looking at him again, nor displaying childlike excitement.

Sitting in the chair, Spencer faced the wind, gazing up at the sky with the naked eye, watching oneshooting star after another streak across the sky.

"Summer, do you know why shooting stars appear in different colors?" Spencer brought up a topicto avoid awkwardness.

"Why?" the girl glanced at him, then back to the telescope.

Spencer also looked at her, he answered, "At temperatures of hundreds of degrees Celsius, oxygenmolecules briefly lose an electron, but they quickly recombine, emitting green photons in theprocess."

She listened attentively, looking at him, and he continued, "When a celestial body rich in sodiumpasses through the atmosphere, hot sodium vapor will emit yellow light like a sodium lamp."Spencer's voice was gentle, "That's why shooting stars appear different colors in different regions."

"I've learned something new tonight. You really know a lot," Summer had a whole new impression ofhim.

He was more than just looks, he had substance, to actually understand these principles?
