Old Madam Quinn turned and gave Samuel and the rest a look.
Samuel and the others immediately nodded in understanding.
He had to convince Kent to let Willow return to the Quinn family.

Fion tugged at Kent’s cuff again and urged softly.
“Shut up.”

Kent was silent for a few seconds before slowly looking up at Old Madam Quinn and the
rest.

“She likes him? Could you survive on affection? Could it make the Quinn family money?
“I don’t need her to have her own opinions. I call the shots in the Quinn family, including the marriage of
all members of the family.”
Old Madam Quinn snorted coldly, her tone still firm.
“I think Old Madam is right.”
Fion quickly took over the conversation and said to Kent.
“Are you out of your mind?”
Kent instantly turned and stared at Fion angrily.
Kent had witnessed the change in Fion’s attitude toward Sean.
He thought things between Fion and Sean were going to improve.
However, Fion changed her mind again.
The honest Kent could not accept such a fence–hopping attitude..
“Forget if I’m out of my mind, but you must be out of your mind.
“I admit that Willow likes Sean.
“Sean must like Willow too.
“But as Old Madam said, could you survive on affection?”
Old Madam Quinn immediately approved of Fion’s comment.
“Kent, do you your daughter to suffer with Sean or return to the Quinn family and live a
good life? It’s your choice.”
Fion banged the table as she frowned at Kent.
Old Madam Quinn and the rest looked at Kent.
Everyone was waiting for Kent to give them a satisfactory answer.
Old Madam Quinn and the rest, including Fion, thought Kent would support their idea.
After all, the circumstances did not allow Kent to think otherwise.
Either Willow retumed to the Quinn family or suffered with Sean.
