The short conversation showed that Michael and Mr. Winters' father knew each other, and they were
close.
"Hmph! Since Mr. Winters doesn't want to be involved, the Lake family will handle it ourselves!"
Curtis dared not give Mr. Winters any trouble, let alone ask Mr. Winters why he did that, so he could
only take his anger out on Sean.
Kennedy looked at Mr. Winters with a puzzled expression as he glanced at Michael and Theodore from
