Chapter 1966

More than 80 gangsters supported each other as they left. They left behind their steel pipes and

machetes on the ground.

Of course, these were minor wounds.

Sean let Cheryl take 200,000 and distributed it to the frightened female attendants to calm them down,

while he and Zander went to the reception room beside the lobby with Benji and his secretary, Amelia.

After sitting on the couch, Sean asked Zander to make coffee for Benji and Amelia.

"Thank you so much for today."

Sean said to Benji with a smile.

Benji was flattered as he shook his head. "Commander, what are you saying? You took great care of

me when we were in the army. You also did me a huge favor. It's only right that I help you out.’

"Yes, it's right that you help me out, but it's not only between you and me anymore when you brought

so many men to help me.’

Sean said and lifted the briefcase case, put it on the coffee table, and pushed it upto Benji.

"Take these 1.6 million and distribute it to your employees. Consider it a reward," Sean said with a

smile.

The female secretary, Amelia, was instantly shocked to hear this.

'He doesn't care about 1.6 million. He just gave it away casually.

'Money is nothing to him!'

Benji was also shocked, and he quickly declined. "No thanks, Commander.

They're honored to help you."

"No. They're your security guards and employees. They have no responsibility or obligation to serve

me for nothing. Since they helped me out, I should reward them."

Sean insisted.

"No thanks..."

Benji still refused to accept it.

"Just distribute since I told you to. What's with all the nonsense?"

Sean snapped.

Benji shuddered and quickly took the briefcase and handed it to Amelia.

"That's the right attitude. They helped me out, so I'll pay them. They will only be willing in that way. If

anything happens again, they won't be unhappy if I ask you to bring them again," Sean said

meaningfully.

It was simple, and Benji quickly realized it.

He could not help but admire Sean more. He thought his commander was not only capable but also

compassionate.

Only a commander like him could win the loyalty and respect of his subordinates.

Just then, there was a knock on the door.

Sean said, "Come in."

As soon as he spoke, a man in a security guard uniform walked in behind Cheryl.

"What's the matter?"

Sean looked at Cheryl and asked.

Cheryl looked awkward and did not know what to say for a moment.

The security guard nodded and greeted Sean before saying, "Boss, you compensated the attendants

but not the security guards... The hotel security guards aren't very..."

"You aren't very pleased? I compensated the attendants but not you, so you found it unfair?"

Sean said with a chuckle.

The guard was the captain in charge of the hotel security guards. Sean did not expect him to ask for

compensation.

"Do you know why I compensated the attendants but not you?"

Sean did not lose his temper and spoke calmly to the captain.

"I... I don't know..."

The captain shook his head awkwardly.

Sean sighed and said, "The attendants in our hotel are female. Their job isn't to protect the hotel or

maintain order in the hotel but only provide services."novelbin
