Chapter 1953

When Eugene agreed, Lara instantly became elated and shouted to the bartender, "20 more bottles of

Dom Perignon!'

Then Lara looked smugly at Lyla.

Lyla ordered one more Dom Perignon than Lara-meaning she had made 1,500 dollars more.

Now, Lara ordered 20 bottles of Dom Perignon in one sitting, instantly surpassing Lyla by a wide

margin.

Lyla panicked immediately and looked back at Sean.

Sean could not stand it anymore.

He had been letting Lyla do whatever she wanted, but there had to be a limit.

The competition was going to get them anywhere.

Therefore, Sean stood up, looked at Lara and Eugene, and said loudly, 'Til book the entire place

tonight. Everyone’s bill is on me!"

Once he said that, the large nightclub went up in turmoil.

Everyone cheered. Screams and shouts even rang one after another.

Lara's face instantly turned pale.

Eugene was visibly relieved.

Eugene also wanted to help Lara, but the cost was too great if he forced it.

Now that Sean said everyone's bill was on him, now he did not have to pay a single cent tonight.

He would not let go of such a good opportunity, of course.

Although his father was a leather merchant and his family was rich, it was his father's money, not his.

Eugene's pocket money was only about 100,000 dollars a month.

He was already having a headache when Lara kept ordering Dom Perignon. Now, he would not

continue the competition no matter what.

Eugene drunkenly got up and nodded to Sean with a chuckle. "Mr. Lennon, you're generous. Since you

want to book the entire place, I won't continue competing with you. Let's have a drink sometime."

Eugene said and walked outside.

"Mr. Mill, wait. Wait for me..."

Lara glared at Lyla and Sean before running after Eugene.

It was finally over.

Sean went to settle the bill around 11 p.m.

Tonight's bill was more than 50,000 dollars.

Luckily, the cash Zander had brought could handle it.

Zander was smoking a cigarette while Sean looked disapprovingly at Lyla in front of the nightclub.

Lyla now looked like a child who had done something wrong. She kept her head down and said

nothing.

"There's a total of half a million dollars. You'll get 10% as commission, which is 50,000 dollars. Once

you get the money, you can quit. Don't work here anymore."

Sean said earnestly.

"Got it."

What could Lyla say but nod?

Sean turned to look at Zander and said, "We should get back."

"Yeah, let's go back to the hotel. Let's go back to the hotel."

Zander nodded with a chuckle.

Sean and Zander walked off into the distance together, but Lyla suddenly caught up with them and said

sheepishly, "Dr. Lennon, give me your contact information so you can get in touch with me if you neednovelbin

me.'

"I'd rather not."

Sean said as he shook his head.

Sean and Lyla did not have much to do with each other, and he would not do too much for this girl.

After all, the two hardly know each other.

He had done enough by giving her so much tonight. It would be best if he could get this girl on the right

track.

Sean would not force her if she refused to take his advice and still wanted to work in a nightclub and

live such a debauched and degrading life.
