Chapter 1310

“I heard from Jeffrey that you’re not used to living here..

“So…”

Sean said as he turned to get the contract.

“So, are you kicking us out?”

Connie finally got what Sean meant.

Was Sean not hinting at them to leave?

After all, they had nowhere to go now. So what if they were not used to it?

Sally was a little disappointed.

Sean made himself seem so nice, yet he was kicking them out after they stayed for a few days.

“You misunderstood…”

Sean was speechless, but he still took out the purchase contract.

“It’s alright. I’ll go pack up my things.

“Thank you for letting us stay here all this time.”

Having a strong personality, Sally immediately got up.

“Wait.

“You can stay here as long as you like.

“If you like this place, I’ll have Jeffrey transfer its ownership to you right away.”

Sean looked at Sally as she spoke seriously.

“So you…”

Connie and Sally looked at Sean in shock.

“This is a purchase contract for a unit at Lakeside Skyline.

“Here’s the key.”

Sean put the contract with his left hand and the key with his right hand on the table.

Swoosh!

Sally and Connie were instantly stunned.

‘What’s going on?novelbin

What does Sean mean by the purchase contract?

“It’s yours now.”

Sean pushed the contract and the keys forward.

“What… What does this mean?”

Connie’s eyes widened slightly, confused.

“I will arrange for the renovation company to renovate it as soon as possible.

“Then you can choose whether you want to live here or there..

“But you’re going to have to stay here temporarily while renovations take place.”

Sean looked at the two and explained softly.

“No thanks. We don’t want it.

“We’ll buy it ourselves when we get the land compensation.”

Sally said quietly while biting her lips slightly.

“It’s not from me.

“I bought it with the money Patrick had saved in the army.”

Sean pointed to the contract, his eyes calm and not joking.

“What?

“Really? Pat… No, you’re lying to me.

“There’s no way he can save up for a house in the army.

Connie froze before her face was full of disbelief.

Sean looked at Connie and sighed to herself.

Patrick went to the battlefield and gave his life for his country.

How could he not get a house in return for all that?

“Just take it when I give it to you.

“You can use the demolition compensation to set up an education fund for the child.”

Sean spoke earnestly and slowly returned to the room after he finished.

“Thank you…”

Sally and Connie were thankful.

8 p.m.

Zander and Jeffrey arrived in Sean’s room.

The two of them had been busy these two days.

“Commander, here’s a list of the companies that will be joining the auction tomorrow as well as their

information.”

Zander took a sip of water and pulled out a file.

They did not need too many of these at tomorrow’s auction.

It was because the auction was all about money. If you had enough money, you could crush everything.

However, Sean’s plans were more than just taking over this land.

He could not avoid the companies if he wanted to develop a business here.

Therefore, he would get well–prepared in advance in case anything happened.

“It is said that locals are above the law.

“Prepare a billion dollars tomorrow.

“We’re going to overpower Joules Town’s local companies.”

Sean picked up a file and sneered.
