Chapter 1064

“There’s nothing wrong with their products.

“It was one of the top three bestselling brands in River City last quarter.

“I just heard that they have a bit of a temper.”

The female assistant reported promptly.

“Never mind. Arrange it. I’ll head there right now.”

Willow immediately got up. She was swift and decisive.

“Yes!”

The female assistant answered and hurriedly went to prepare.

Afternoon.

The office building of Jen-Bond Holdings’ River City branch.

The signs had been renamed Lennon Group.

Jen-Bond Holdings was indeed financially powerful. Even their branch’s office building was imposing.

The location they chose was also interesting. It reflected Reach For Will Group in the distance.

The distance and location of the two buildings were unique. They would confront each other if they

were

enemies, and neither would give in.

If they were friends, they would complement one another and help each other.

After fighting with them for so long. Sean finally resolved Reach For Will Group’s crisis.

“Whew!”

In the office, Sean put down the phone and exhaled gently.

He contacted Jason again just now and said some things.

Many things were imminent.

Sean must also start preparing for his return to the Northwest.

In short, he had to do it before Blaze did.

He must catch him off guard.

“Commander, what did Jason say?”

Zander asked quietly, offering Sean a cup of coffee.

“Things aren’t looking too good.

“We’ve been getting a lot of attention these days.

“Blaze could trace it back to me if he had someone investigate us.”

Sean touched his chin before taking a sip from his coffee cup.

“What are your plans for your return then?”

Zander nodded and asked again.

“My adopted father had many comrades in the army.

“I’ll have to ask them for help if I want to return.”

Sean put down his coffee cup and turned to look out the window.

He did not want to use his adoptive father’s connections to help him.

He had not even thought of returning to the army.

However, he knew he had to return after what Zander and Rachel had told him.

Specifically, when Sean was met with the mishap, many soldiers wanted to get justice for Sean and

even paid with their lives.

Many people had died at Blaze’s hands.

Sean could not sleep until he got his revenge.

Generally, everyone was responsible for the rise and fall of the world.

He was a nine-star commander, guarding tens of thousands of miles of land.

They were in danger of losing their borders, and Blaze could not gain the upper hand. Sean must

restore the dignity of Dragon Kingdom’s army.

Therefore, he must return to the Northwest Army.

However, he only got one chance and had to be ready for everything.

– Sean’s adoptive father’s connections were the only forces Sean had right now.

River City was only his leverage.

To gain a foothold in the army and fight Blaze, he had to have connections in the army that he could

Sean figured that out.

“Commander, your adopted father’s former comrades now have important positions in the army.

“Even the worst of them is a major at least.

“We won’t have a problem with their help.”

Zander nodded heavily, knowing the military heroes of Sean’s adopted father’s time were now

powerful.

They were too old to go into battle themselves, but no one dared to underestimate their status.

With the help of these people, Sean could easily bring Blaze down.

“Yeah.”

Sean nodded gently.

“The uncles were pretty good to me back in the day.

“I should visit them.”

Sean nodded and whispered.

Just then, Zander’s phone rang suddenly.

After saying a few words, Zander handed the phone to Sean.

“It’s from the government.”

Zander muttered, pointing to his phone.

Sean took the phone and answered softly.

“Mr. Lennon, Jon said he wants to see you.”

A polite voice came from the other end of the line.

“No.”

Sean rejected it without even thinking about it.novelbin

Sean knew at once that Jon wanted to apologize and beg him to forgive him.

He wanted Sean to let the Zimmer family go.

However, was it possible?

Sean gave them a chance, and now it was gone.

“Mr. Lennon, Jon said you’d be sorry if you didn’t see him.

“He also threatened us that he could do something outside even if locked up.”

The voice over the line said again.

“He said that?”

Sean frowned slightly.

What did Jon want to talk to him about?

“I see. I’ll be there later.”

Sean answered and hung up.

“Commander, what is it?”

Zander asked quietly, taking the phone.

“Jon wants to see me.

“Come on. Let’s see what he’s up to.”

Sean got up and headed outside, immediately followed by Zander.

Inside the government office where Jon and his son were being held.

Sean and Zander were led into a room by two staff members.

Jon waited in a chair, handcuffs still on his wrists.

“Go on.”

Sean sat down and asked, looking at Jon.

“It doesn’t have to be this bad between us.

“You know as well as I do that you took all the money.

“So take that money out and pay off the Zimmer family’s debt.

“I promise I will never fight with you again and leave with everything I own.

“Call it even.”

Jon looked at Sean and said calmly.

“That’s it?”

Sean immediately lost interest.

“You must agree.”

Jon sneered, his tone firm.

However, Sean did not even look at him and turned to leave.

“Sean, don’t force me!

“If you walk out, I promise Willow will never see the light of day again!”

Jon shouted, and Sean instantly stopped.

“What do you mean?”

Sean asked as he took out his phone and called Willow.

“Don’t bother. She has a meeting with a brand partner.

“She’s free to meet whomever she wants.

“But whether she returns safely is up to me!”

Jon chuckled, his eyes full of malice.
