“Didn’t we hire a nanny? Besides, we also have an automatic washing machine. Why are you washingyour clothes by hand?” When Alex crouched down to help Stanley up, he noticed out of the corner ofhis eye that his clothes were also in the basin.

“No, that’s not it.” Stanley shook his head frantically, his tears falling. He desperately wanted to tell hisfather everything and let him drive Kate away.
Finally, he clenched his fists, gave Alex an aggrieved look, and said through his tears, “Daddy, I don’twant to stay in this house anymore. I hate-”
Before Stanley could finish speaking, the bathroom door was abruptly opened by none other than Kate.
