Chapter 1028 I Will Kill This Woman
“Who are you? Release me now! The police elite team will be here soon. You won’t be able to escapewhen they arrive,” Elsa warned as she struggled hard to free herself.
Alas, her threats proved futile as she couldn’t move an inch in his grip. She felt as helpless as an ant.
Glenn was a hot-tempered man. As Elsa wouldn’t stop babbling, he applied pressure to her muteacupoint to stop her from making any noise.
As the only ordinary being around, Elsa whimpered in desperation when she realized she could nolonger talk. Helpless and fearful, she could only wonder what Glenn had done to render her voiceuseless, leaving her unable to communicate her distress.
“Young man, you’ll meet your doom today. Are you going to watch this pretty police officer lose her lifebecause of you? If you agree to provide me with your cultivation methods, I might consider sparing herlife. I’ll also make sure you die in one piece. How does that sound?” Glenn asked, training his gaze onAlex’s slumped figure on the ground.
If he wasn’t a half Grandmaster whose senses were sharp enough to detect Alex’s weak breathing, hewould’ve assumed Alex was dead. After all, Alex looked lifeless lying on the ground.

“R-Release her,” Alex said weakly. His bones had been shattered to the point where he was renderedimmobile. He could only watch helplessly as Elsa was held hostage before his eyes.
Realizing Alex could still talk, Glenn tightened his grip around Elsa’s neck and threatened, “Hand meyour cultivation methods!”
“I-I can give you my cultivation methods but release her first. I want to talk to her,” Alex requested, hisvoice weak.
After careful consideration, Glenn decided to release Elsa. He believed that an ordinary person andsomeone on the verge of death would have no chance of escaping his grasp. He was convinced thathe had the upper hand in the situation.

Elsa was unsure of his intentions, but she trusted him implicitly. Following his cue, she reached into hispocket and retrieved a small, round pill.
Without hesitation, she gently popped the red pill into Alex’s mouth.
Elsa’s body was blocking Glenn’s line of view, so he had no idea what Alex had eaten.
As the pill slid down his throat, a strong metallic taste flooded Alex’s mouth, swiftly spreading throughhis body. The taste of blood mingled with a surge of revitalizing energy. They coursed through hisveins, mending his shattered bones and healing his injured organs.
