Chapter 220Hogan was feeling suspicious and came out just in time to catch the scene.
He reached out, pulling Lizetta into his arms, while grabbing Apollo's wrist with his other hand giving it a twist and then shovingthe guy away hard.
Apollo stumbled and fell to the ground with a loud crash.
“You alright?”
Hogan wrapped an arm around Lizetta’s shoulder, looking down at her with concern.

Jolin, as if seeing her own daughter, started to cry as she clung to Evelina.

But Remington’s gaze didn’t waver towards anyone else; he walked right up to Lizetta and Hogan.
His eyes fixed on Hogan’s right hand, still resting on Lizetta’s shoulder, the chill in his gaze deepening as he barely curved hislips and said,
“Dr. White, you are really eager to lend a hand.”Hogan didn’t move his hand away, looking back at Remington with a bland response, Mr. Dashiell I’m flattered.”
Seeing Lizetta allowing Hogan to hold her, Remington reached out and grabbed her wrist, pulling her gently to his side and saidsoftly.
“Why didn’t you call me when trouble hit? Dr. White’s an outsider; can’t be good always bothering outsiders.”Lizetta thought he was being ridiculous. They had already filed for divorce.
