Chapter 3203

Dylan was silent.

Imogen raised her eyebrow. "What? Are you so protective of her that you won't even let me know who she is?

"Don't worry. I'll fight it out with her fair and square. No dirty tricks, and there's no need just for a man. I'm only willing to compete because this is my first time liking someone this much. If it were any other man, I would've just given my blessings to my love rival."

Imogen did not simply have her eyes on Dylan but also his family.

The Yorks were famous for their harmony.

The elders were open-minded and fully supportive of whatever their young ones wanted to do.

Even when they were not fully agreeable, they would object strongly unlike other parents.

More importantly, the men of the York family were especially loving toward their wives. They were loyal to marriage as well.

Good men were difficult to come by.

Any woman would wish to marry a kind man who loved her with all his heart.

Therefore, Imogen decided to fight for herself.

If she lost, it would mean that she was not destined to join the York family.

She did not want to go down without a fight just to regret it in the future.

Imogen would never do something regrettable.

Dylan was still silent. He did not know Chameleon Fox's name.

Although his heart had partially belonged to her, her name was still unknown to him.

Imogen treated his silence as protection for her love rival instead. She was jealous, but she did not ask further. She said, "The more you protect her, the more curious I get. I want to know who beat me. "It's okay. I'll definitely find out about her one day."

She raised her glass. "Let's enjoy our drink, Mr. York."

Dylan picked up his glass. He stood to clink her glass and watched her down the alcohol.

Imogen stopped talking to Dylan about relationships. Instead, she ate and drank while discussing shares or investment projects with him.

While she was not in charge of her family's business like Isabella was, she had been training in her family's company ever since she graduated from university. Starting as a regular employee, she slowly made her way up to become the CEO of several subsidiary companies. She was a successful career woman.

Imogen had a high alcohol tolerance as well.

However, the strong stuff still made her face flushed.

Her words started jumbling up as well.

On the other hand, Dylan was fine. Just as Imogen was about to pour herself another drink, he stopped her, saying, "Stop drinking, Ms. Doyle. You're already drunk."

"I'm not drunk yet. This tastes good. Indeed, Wiltspoon Hotel's liquor doesn't disappoint. Same goes for the food."

Imogen took another sip while praising Serenity's choice of whiskey.

"If I do pass out, please take me back to my room, Mr. York. I live here."

Dylan said resignedly, "Of course I will. However, you'll have a terrible hangover when you wake up tomorrow."

Imogen had traveled to Wiltspoon alone. If she felt unwell, there would be no one taking care of her.novelbin

Nevertheless, Dylan's words were ignored. Imogen continued eating and drinking.

Seeing that he could not persuade her, he simply observed her and waited for the moment she fainted. He did not take another sip.

If he did, both of them would end up unconscious.

Half an hour later, Imogen's head was on the table.

Dylan got up and went to her side. He pushed her lightly and called, "Ms. Doyle. Imogen."
