Chapter 3094

Caroline had a gossipy and curious look on her face.

Emma felt even more anxious at this.

Photos?

Of whom?

“Hurry on in, Emma. Don’t make Mom wait,” Caroline urged in a whisper before leaving.

Emma took a few deep breaths. Whatever it was, there was no running from it. She would have to go in.No matter how impressive her mother-in-law was, she was not going to eat her now, was she?Emma went in.

The moment she did, she saw photos scattered all over the floor before the desk.

Her scary mother-in-law was sitting behind the desk, munching on some fruit dipped in chocolate.Emma was a little surprised to see this.

She did not expect her scary mother-in-law to be eating the same snack children fancied. It was probably given to her byCaroline.

Belinda did not care what Emma thought of this as she finished the last bit before instructing, “Pick up all the photos on the floor.”“Yes, Mom.”

Emma hurriedly walked over to the table and put her bag down on a chair before bending over to retrieve the photos on the floor. She dared not look at them, but she could not avoid seeing the photos while picking them up.

The moment she did, her expression twisted immediately.novelbin

Fury instantly roared to life.

The photos were of her husband and her other sister-in-law. Oh, right. Celine was not her sister-in-law anymore but a harlot whohad been chased out of the manor by Belinda long ago.

“Mom!” Emma was so angry her eyes had turned red and she slammed the photos onto the desk.“Look at Adrian and that slut! T-they’re—” Emma could not bring herself to continue.

She had not expected her husband to do such a thing.

He had broken things off with his mistress after being scolded by Belinda.

Emma had even told him that as long as he came back to her and their family, she could forgive his adultery for the sake ofgiving her kids a complete family.

It was, however, because she did not want to give her position as the eldest Fisher daughter-in-law to anybody else.

She had previously said she wanted a divorce only to threaten Adrian into breaking things off with his mistress.

Now that their children were old enough to be at a critical juncture in their education, she could not let their marital problemsaffect them.

If they were really going to divorce, she wanted to wait until all her kids had gotten into university.“You don’t even know what your husband has been up to?” Belinda asked seriously.

Emma felt aggrieved. “Mom, it’s notlike | have a position in the cWhenever | akewsdadianal visits,AdiaWbui d say I'm disturbing hiswork and won't allow me to visit. Please read the original content atNovelDrama.Org.
