Despite knowing his sisters were at odds with each other, Trenton still gave Camryn a call.
When Camryn received his call, she was walking down the hill with Grandma May and the rest while admiring the purple orchidtrees planted along the path.

“| usually tutor middle schoolers over the weekend to earn some allowance, but I’m in the library today. The student | wassupposed to teach today has a fever, so his parents called to cancel.
“Anyway, Carrie texted me saying she’s feeling unwell. She cried when | called her.”Camryn remained silent and listened to Trenton talk about Carrie's situation.
