Chapter 2894

Camryn could also make the Joyners and Chandlers jobless and leave Wiltspoon with a call.

Even Carrie, who was not that bright, could probably figure everything out once the two familiesnovelbin

stopped egging her to do things. Maybe she could be independent once she found a job.

She needed to withstand the trials of society to become a mature person.

Of course, Camryn did not expect Carrie to turn over a new leaf entirely. Paige had already twisted

Carrie’s views. It was difficult to correct it fundamentally.

As long as Carrie lay low, Camryn would spare her from the worst.

However, if she still did dirty tricks, Camryn would disregard all family ties. They never had sisterly love

for each other anyway. Only Trenton treated Camryn with respect and care. He was the reason Camryn

held back.

Once Camryn’s patience ran out, she would not show mercy to Carrie even if Trenton interfered.

“Okay. Let me know if you need my help. There’s no need to worry about asking for help because we’re

family. My daughter-in-law can’t be bullied. If anyone dares to do so, I’ll have them learn what regret

tastes like.”

Camryn was touched by Rosella’s words. “With such a great mother-in-law, people will be fighting to

curry favor with me instead.”

“We don’t need anyone’s flattery. We won’t mess with them if they don’t provoke us in the first place.”

Rosella changed the topic. She smiled and said, “Come back with Callum as soon as you can, Camryn.

I’m going to get the kitchen to cook up more food. It’ll be ready just in time when you two arrive.”

“Okay.”

“I’ll leave you to your work then.”

Rosella ended the call.

Camryn stored the phone in her pocket. She told her employees, “Please look after the store. I’m

getting off work now.”

The employees nodded with a smile.

Camryn rarely returned to the flower shop anymore as the two employees were running it most of the

time. Camryn had given them a raise, and the business was gradually improving.

Most of their customers patronized the shop because of Camryn’s identity as the York family’s second

missus.

Camryn had wanted to wait for Callum at his company. However, she saw his car stopping in front of

her store the moment she walked out.

“Honey.”

Callum got out of the car and went to Camryn.

“Have you gotten off work, honey?”

His towering figure made her look petite in comparison.

Camryn had let down her hair. Callum brushed his fingers through it. Her hair was straight and silky.

“Your hair is especially flowy after a wash.”

He could not stop himself from toying with her hair.

Camryn hummed in agreement. “I washed my hair in the afternoon.”

Callum was sad about missing the chance to care for his wife.

Camryn laughed and pulled her hair back. She said, “Did you see Serenity? She had just left to pick

Zachary up from work.” Updated at Draмаnоvеls.cоm

“No. Maybe we took different routes.”

Callum held Camryn’s hand and said gently, “Let’s go home.”
