Chapter 2551

The security called the butler again when they heard Carrie making a scene at the entrance. The butler

said, “Chase her away if she continues.”

“Okay.”

Edward told Derrick off. “Why did you tell her to make a scene there? We won’t be able to escape

unscathed if the Yorks are offended.”

Derrick said furiously, “What’s there to be afraid of? We’ve lost everything. What can they do to us?

Make us lose our jobs? Even if that happens, we can make a living off collecting recyclables. It pays

well too.”

“We might not even be able to do that.”

Edward sighed. “You know how cruel they can be. Take Carrie away. Don’t let her make a fuss there.”

Derrick did not utter a word.

“Think about it. We still need her to go up against Camryn. It’s only legitimate if she does it. We’re just

extended family and can’t be compared to biological daughters like them.”

Derrick listened to Edward’s advice. They walked over and took Carrie away.novelbin

They dragged her down the hill.

Carrie was not as strong as her cousins. After being hauled for a distance, she finally agreed to leave

to escape their clutches. Edward and Derrick released her.

She knew they would not ingratiate themselves with her when she had nothing to offer them. She left

with them obediently.

Rosella found out about Carrie causing a commotion at Wildridge Manor.

Since Camryn did not want to meet Carrie, Rosella left Carrie alone. She would not be able to keep it

up for long anyway.

The weekend passed, and Monday arrived.

The youngsters who spent time in the manor over the weekend had returned to the city on Sunday

night.

At half-past seven in the morning, Camryn was about to head to the flower shop from Newmans’ villa.

She had to go to Newman Enterprise in the afternoon and be away for a business trip for the next few

days.

She wanted to bring flowers to Callum’s office to tell him about the business trip. The bouquet was

meant to console him so he would not be too sad.

Just as the gate opened, Carrie, who had been hiding, rushed inside the villa.

Camryn did not get flustered. She simply told the driver to stop the car and simply lowered her window

while remaining in the car.

Soon, she heard Carrie yelling, “Let me go. How dare you chase me out of my home? Camryn’s the

one who should leave. This is my house, and she’s not part of the family. She’s occupying my family’s

place.”

Carrie ran inside but was grabbed by the butler and another maid. They pushed her out.

She kept resisting.

However, she could not break free.

As it was Monday, her cousins and aunts had to go to work. No one could accompany her over.

Carrie had been standing guard at the villa’s gate since early morning to avoid anyone’s detection.

When Camryn was finally about to head out, Carrie barged inside once the gate opened. However, she

never thought the servants would stop her and chase her out.

Her plan to barge in was another bust. Carrie went to Camryn’s car window and tried to pull her hair.

Camryn grabbed Carrie’s hand without looking to keep her hair safe.

With a tug, Carrie crashed into the window and howled in pain.

“You blind girl. Let me go.”

Camryn had always been strong.
