Chapter 2486

Carrie also had the idea of publishing her story online and hiring influencers to share her post to

pressure Camryn with public opinion and ruin her reputation.

The Yorks were the richest family in Wiltspoon, so they would care about their good name. If Camryn’s

reputation was ruined, then the Yorks might not approve of her as a daughter-in-law.

Carrie walked away from the Newman villa while rubbing her sore behind.

She had to walk a long distance before she could hail a taxi because there was none available there.

She did not have a phone either, so booking an Uber was out of the question.

“Just you wait, blind bitch! I will make you pay!”

Carrie cursed Camryn as she walked away. She recalled the way Callum shielded Camryn just now

and said bitterly, “I will even steal your man!”

Before Paige went to jail, she had planned for Carrie to marry one of the York men.

Considering that Zachary was difficult to get along with, Carrie set her sights on Callum or Kevin

because she felt that these two gentlemen were much better than the aloof Zachary.

After Carrie’s parents went to jail, that plan naturally fell through. Seeing that the man she had once set

her sights on was none other than Camryn’s fiancée, her hatred for her sister deepened. Carrie even

thought of stealing Callum from Camryn, leaving her with nothing.

As Carrie walked, she realized that she was now too weak to fight Camryn. She needed someone to

help her.

Trenton was in college and could not help her. Besides, Trenton preferred Camryn over her.

Her two aunts came to mind, but they and their families were bankrupt. They must hate Camryn for

doing that to them, but with the Yorks protecting Camryn, they had no chance to avenge themselves.

Carrie could seek out her aunts and join forces with them to go against Camryn.

Her aunts could not fight for the Newmans’ property with Camryn because they had no claim to it

whereas Carrie was different. She was Camryn’s sister, so she had a right to the Newmans’ property.

With that thought, Carrie decided to go to her aunts to discuss strategies.

After making her way outside, Carrie borrowed a phone from the security guard and called Mrs. Clark.

She asked if Mrs. Clark knew where her aunts lived because she wanted to find them.

Hearing this, Mrs. Clark smiled and asked, “You couldn’t even get into the house, right?”

Carrie remained silent for a moment before she said, “Callum York was there too. He was helping the

blind bitch, so I couldn’t get in for now. But that is my home. I will get it back from her!”

“I figured you wouldn’t be able to get in. Your aunts won’t be of much help to you now, but if you want to

know where they live, I can tell you.”novelbin

Mrs. Clark told Carrie where Brenda and Amy lived. Before she hung up, she reminded Carrie not to

contact her until Carrie had defeated Camryn.

She had no intention of helping Carrie. If Carrie wanted to work for her for a high salary, then Carrie

must show Mrs. Clark what she was made of.

Carrie wanted to ask Mrs. Clark to help her, but Mrs. Clark hung up the phone after sharing Brenda’s

and Amy’s addresses. Carrie got Mrs. Clark’s unsaid message.

A few minutes later, Carrie walked out of the neighborhood and walked along the road.

Little did she know that shortly after she left, the current Newmans’ butler rode an e-bike to the

guardhouse and looked through the call records of the security guard who lent his phone to Carrie

earlier. The butler then wrote down Mrs. Clark’s number.
