Chapter 2346

Quinn knew her students better than Julian did. She went with Julian’s suggestion and walked toward

the tree he pointed at.

There was a swing on the tree.

“I noticed there are many swings around the manor,” Quinn said after sitting on the swing.

“Indeed. Many of them were installed much later. Serenity likes to be on swings. Since Zachary is a

doting husband, he installed many swings in the houses they owned.

“That way, Serenity can sit on swings wherever they live.”

“Mr. York treats Mrs. York so well. I’m so jealous.”

There were many stories describing how Zachary spoilt Serenity.

“Where’s Old Mrs. York?” Quinn asked curiously as she just saw the elderly woman here a moment

ago.

“Grandma May’s the anchor of the York family. She has to supervise many family matters. As Zachary’s

wedding is around the corner, she’s busy planning for it.

“By the way, can you extend your stay for several days?” Julian suddenly asked.

“I can’t. The children have to return to school. Although they’re training at our gym, their studies are still

of utmost priority. We can’t affect their academics.”

Quinn then asked, “Is there a problem, Mr. Bucham?”

Julian answered, “I recalled something upon the mention of Zachary’s wedding. I received his invitation

to attend and be his groomsman. I initially thought I’d follow you back to learn martial arts from you and

strengthen my body.

“Since I have to attend his wedding before heading to Summervale, I wanted to invite you to stay

longer and attend the wedding with me.”

Quinn was tempted.

However, she said, “I don’t think I can do that. Besides, I’m not related to the York family in any way.

Mr. York wouldn’t invite me to his wedding.”

Julian smiled. “This can be easily resolved. You can accompany me to the wedding as my plus one.”

Quinn still refused the offer.

It was all thanks to Julian that she could visit Wildridge Manor. She could not take advantage of him

again and attend Mr. York’s wedding, not wanting to owe Julian too many favors.novelbin

Seeing that Quinn refused him, Julian did not insist. He would fly to Summervale immediately after the

wedding to learn martial arts from her.

Quinn smiled. “You can take things slow. Your official matters are more important than this.”

Her dad would never accept Julian as a student. Firstly because her dad rarely took in students

anymore, and secondly, Julian was too old to start learning martial arts. It would take a lot of work for

him to accomplish many things and this would at most serve as body strengthening exercises.

Julian replied with a hum. “I’ll arrange my schedule.”

He had informed his father beforehand about it. Walter supported him going to Summervale and told

him he did not have to worry about anything. Might as well, since Walter had been idle for so long and

this could serve as a practice for him.
