Chapter 2150

Remy chimed in after Serenity, “Even if you go, Elisa will still go with you. She’s really dedicated to her

career now.”

Zachary joined the conversation. “Both she and her cousin are the same. If I hadn’t insisted on bringing

Seren here early, she probably would have been busy and could only make it on the day of the

children’s 100-day-old celebration.”

Jane smiled and said, “Let’s head to the Manor first, it’s windy here.”

“Elisa will eventually be part of the Johnson family. It doesn’t matter when we meet.”

Remy’s face blushed slightly, but he felt proud and delighted.

He and Elisa could already see a glimmer of hope. As long as Mrs. Stone stopped causing trouble and

arranging rivals for him, he believed that soon he would be able to bring the beautiful woman home.

Remy, who had such beautiful thoughts, could not have imagined that not long after, he would have to

seek help from his parents and siblings. After his parents and siblings made a trip to Wiltspoon, he andnovelbin

Elisa’s marriage finally had a resolution.

Jane linked arms with Serenity and walked ahead. The two missuses were very close.

“Has Dr. Carden recovered from childbirth?” Serenity asked Jane.

“Camryn had a close call recently. Although Callum helped her deal with those people, he’s still very

worried and hopes Camryn’s eyes will recover quickly.”

No matter how smart and capable Camryn was, her blindness was her weakness. She was the easiest

target for others to attack, and a moment of carelessness could lead to harm.

The people who tried to kidnap Camryn last time were indeed hired by her two aunts.

Now, the Chandler and the Joyner families were probably in deep trouble.

With evidence in hand, Callum sought revenge on those two families mercilessly, standing up for

Camryn.

Harming Camryn meant being an enemy of Callum and the York family!

They had better not think that their familial relationships with Camryn would make him show mercy. As

long as Camryn did not speak up, Callum would not show mercy anymore.

Those two families had always thought that Camryn would forever consider their family ties and would

not take drastic measures. They tested it several times, and Callum did not intervene, thinking that she

had a hold on Callum and prevented him from dealing with her relatives.

The Chandler and Joyner families had become bolder. To actually attempt to kidnap Camryn, touched a

nerve within him. They would suffer severe consequences, even if they did not lose their lives.

“Lilian has already finished her postpartum recovery, but Tim wants her to observe the traditional

confinement period. He won’t allow her to travel far at this time. From Lilian’s perspective, she doesn’t

want to observe the confinement period. After our two children’s 100-day-old celebration, she will

arrange to go to Wiltspoon and help your sister-in-law with her eyes.”

Oliver is only slightly younger than the Young-Johnson siblings, by more than a month. For his sip-and-

see shower, Tim did not want to invite the York family members. He was annoyed with Callum

constantly disturbing his wife, and he did not have a close relationship with the York brothers either.

He did not want to invite the Yorks, and Jane could not invite them to the shower on his behalf. As a

result, Serenity did not know that Dr. Carden had already finished her postpartum recovery.

“Is your sister-in-law doing well?” Jane asked about Camryn’s condition with concern.

“Fortunately, I came across the incident. Camryn was fine, but it was a close call. Those b*stards

impersonated and disguised themselves as Callum. She almost fell for their trick and got into their car,

but luckily, we discovered it in time.”

Jane also felt worried upon hearing this. “Ms. Newman’s blindness is very dangerous. No wonder your

second brother always calls, counting the days until Lilian finishes her confinement. Whenever Tim

hears that it’s Callum on the phone, his face turns as dark as thunder.”

In fact, Lilian also wanted to end her confinement.

She took care of the baby until she felt dizzy as Oliver liked to cry and make a fuss.

If it were not for Oliver being too young and the divine doctor not returning yet, Lilian would have

finished her confinement and left.

“Dr. Carden is Camryn’s last hope.”

Serenity could understand her little brother-in-law’s anxiety.

She also hoped that Camryn’s eyes would recover quickly.
