Chapter 1981

“Good morning, Mr. Hayden. Mr. Kevin is here, and he wants to go in,” the head of security said to

Hayden.

“Tell Mr. Kevin that I don’t have time to entertain him. Ask him to leave and don’t come back anymore.”

The head of security knew this was going to happen.

“Understood.”

Hayden’s car was driven into Queen Enterprise under the escort of bodyguard cars.

Kevin sat in his car and watched Hayden’s fleet go in. He grinned and muttered to himself, “That

spectacle is a match for Zack’s.”

Hayden usually rode in a Maybach. Now that she switched to a Rolls-Royce, she could compare to

Zack.

She probably changed her car because Kevin drove a Maybach.

Once Hayden’s fleet went in, the company’s gate was closed again.

The head of security walked back to the side of Kevin’s car window and apologized to him, “Mr. Kevin,

Mr. Hayden said he doesn’t have time to entertain you, so please leave and don’t come back anymore.”

In the end, he added something himself and advised, “Mr. Kevin, Mr. Hayden is a straight man. He

won’t accept your pursuit.”

‘Many ladies adore Mr. Hayden and cling to him, but this is the first time he’s been pestered by a man.’

Kevin responded, “I just like Mr. Hayden. I’m extremely patient, so I’ll persevere no matter what he

thinks of me and how he treats me.”

He started the car.

Of course, it was not to leave.

Rather, he moved and parked his car at the side of the company entrance so that he would not block

others from coming in and out.

Afterward, he called Hayden.

Hayden did not answer his call.

Kevin: [Hayden, I want to go in. I brought you breakfast with love, so let’s have breakfast together.

Don’t regret it later if you don’t let me in now.]

Hayden received his message and stared at it for a long time. Finally, she decided to reply.

Hayden: [Kevin, I’m begging you. Please let me go and don’t come find me again. I won’t like you—I’m

not gay!]

Kevin: [Are you sure you’re a man? Since you don’t dare to let me verify it, it means you’re guilty.

You’re not a man, but a woman disguised as a man. If I’m not mistaken, you’ve been doing that since

you were young. It has been more than 20 years, so everyone is used to your identity as a man.novelbin

[But what’s real can’t be fake, and what’s fake can’t be real. You’re not a real man, so even if you

pretend so well that no one can tell that you’re a woman, you’re still a woman.]

Hayden’s dashing face darkened when she saw Kevin’s messages.

Kevin was right.

She had been disguising as a male since she was a child, thus everyone was used to her identity as a

man and no one had ever suspected that she was a woman.

However, as Kevin stated, no matter how much she looked like a man, she was a woman after all.

Nothing could change this fact.

Hayden wondered, ‘How did he find out that I’m a woman?

‘Our paths haven’t crossed much.’

Hayden stopped replying to Kevin. She walked out of the elevator with a dark face and returned to her

office.

As for Kevin’s threat about how she would regret it later, she could not be bothered.

Hayden was regretful—she was regretful long ago.

She regretted getting to know Kevin, she regretted being nosy and introducing properties to him, and

she regretted going on a day-trip with him. As a result, she dug a hole for herself.

Twenty minutes later, Hayden was having a meeting with a group of senior management in the meeting

room when she suddenly heard Kevin’s shouts coming from outside.
