Chapter 404

Chapter: 404

Abruptly, Tyrone’s phone buzzed.

He retrieved it from his suit pocket, glanced at it, and hung up.

Sabrina cast a sidelong glance at him, asking, “Why didn’t you take the call?”novelbin

“It was a spam call.”

Sabrina didn’t say anything.

Moments later, a notification buzzed.

Tyrone, however, didn’t acknowledge it.

Sabrina speculated it was likely another attempt by Julia or Galilea to reach out to him.

As they entered the parking garage of Blakely Group, the car came to a halt by the elevator.

Tyrone said abruptly, “I’ve some matter to attend to. Head up first.”

Sabrina paused briefly, then opened the door and responded, “Alright.”

She closed the door behind her, and the car slowly backed away.

By some matter, he likely meant visiting Galilea, didn’t he?

Despite his ongoing attachment to Galilea, he still put on a facade before her. If so, why didn’t hesimply remain at the hospital?

It wasn’t a surprise that the internet overflowed with countless photos and videos of Sabrina andTyrone being surrounded by the reporters.

To people, their actions appeared to be clever sophistry, and their evasion was a sign of weakness.

The buzz surrounding it was steadily intensifying. More and more people were talking about it.

Unable to resist, Bettie reposted the video and left a firm comment.

“They’re innocent. Stop spreading baseless rumors.”

She had defended Sabrina regarding the makeup issue, and people knew the two were friends. Theybombarded Bettie’s Twitter account with a barrage of negative comments.

Undeterred, Bettie fearlessly engaged in heated quarrels with them.

Later that afternoon, a scheduled meeting took place. Sabrina emerged from the conference room, clutching a document, and headed to the CEO’s office.

“Ms. Chavez, are you here to see Mr. Blakely?” Kylan inquired, “There’s a document that requires hissignature.”

“I apologize, but he’s currently not in the company. If there’s no urgency, please hand me thedocument, and I’ll ensure he receives it upon his return.”
