The bunch of middle-aged men from the military greeted Nathan politely, "Mr. Cross, I'm Liam, the Vice
Commander-in-Chief of Eastern Military Reserves. We got the news that you are in Westerndale so we
are here to send our regards."
"I'm Kevin., the commander-in-chief of Eastern Navy Reserves. I have dropped by to send my regards
as well, Mr. Cross."
"I'm Jayden, the commander-in-chief of Eastern Trident Special Forces. I'm here to send my regards
too, Mr. Cross.”
Everyone introduced themselves.
Obviously, they were the ones in charge of the whole of Eastern Military Reserves.
Penny was shocked because she couldn't figure out the reason behind their visit. In fact, it seemed like
they were here to greet Nathan.
However, Kylie was relatively calm since she was aware of Nathan's actual identity. She was certain
that those from the military had showed up because they were trying to flatter Nathan.
Although Nathan had been trying his best to lie low all along, he couldn't possibly turn Liam and his
colleagues away since they were the mainstay of the East's military.
Hence, he returned the favor with a smile and suggested, "Since everyone is here, why don't you guys
join me for a drink?”
Immediately, they replied with a bright smile on their faces, "Mr. Cross, we have brought something
special for you as well! Allow us to present it to you!"
At this point, Penny whispered and asked Nathan, "Who are these people?"
Penny nodded as she fell for Nathan's words once again.
Nathan was having a great time drinking with Liam and those from the military of the East inside the
private dining suite.
Suddenly, a fleet of vehicles parked in front of the hotel.
It was none other than Tim and his men. The intimidating bunch got out of their cars immediately.
