Chapter 392 I Am Going To Report You

In the two weeks that followed, Penny and Benson focused completely on their work.

The pharmaceutical factory in Phoenix had just been completed, and the first manufacturing line had

been set up successfully. The hiring and training of the first batch of workers at the factory were also

wrapped up by then.

Professor Jenson officially stationed Kylie and the other specialists at the pharmaceutical factory and

had them watch over the manufacturing of the liver cancer vaccine.

During this period, Penny was worried that The Smiths from Alberesque would take revenge on them,

but surprisingly, they made no moves. She felt slightly relieved at this.

Thanks to the efforts of all the employees at the pharmaceutical factory, the liver cancer vaccine mass

manufacturing samples were successfully produced.

Penny quickly sent the vaccine sample to the CDER for inspection.

If everything went well, they would be able to obtain FDA's approval in no time and the vaccine could

then be sold in the market.

But what Penny hadn't expected was the notice from CDER to obtain the inspection report the very

next morning.

She brought a few of the senior management officers from her company and headed to the CDER.

The CDER's vice president, James Price, personally greeted Penny and the others.

Then, James threw the inspection report at Penny, which had a huge red cross on it and the word:

[REJECTED],

Penny's eyes widened in disbelief as she asked with confusion, "Mr. Price, is this a mistake?"

James crossed his arms and asked impatiently, "What mistake?"

Penny answered, "When Professor Jenson developed this vaccine at the research center, we did send

the samples to every relevant authority to undergo stringent inspections. At that time, the inspection

results were perfectly fine. So why is this vaccine sample from the mass manufacturing not approved?"

James snorted, "There's no issue with Professor Jenson's vaccine that was developed at the research

center. But after Cross Group took over, the mass-manufactured vaccine is a failure. Isn't it obvious

that your manufacturing process is the one to blame?"

Penny was flabbergasted by such an accusation, but still she asked patiently, "I've scanned through the

CDER inspection report. There's no elaboration on what is wrong with the vaccine. Do you mind telling

me about the issue so that I can tell my employees to make improvements to it?"

James stared at her impatiently. "Ms. Smith, we're only responsible for inspecting whether or not your

vaccine meets the standards or not. We're not the one you should ask about its problems, alright?"

Hearing this, Penny replied with a trace of annoyance, "Since you've inspected it and found that it

doesn't meet the standards, shouldn't you at least tell me which standard does it not measure up to?

How could you just say it doesn't meet the standards with no further explanation? If that's the case,

how are we supposed to make improvements to it?"

Make improvements to it?

Penny was shocked by his words. She stared at James and asked slowly, "Mr. Price, what do you

mean by that?"novelbin

"Don't ever think about passing the ODER inspection with the vaccine manufactured by Cross Group.

The only advice I could give you in this matter is that you should hand over the rights to Blue Sky

Corporation immediately! In this way, Cross Group can even get a large amount of the transfer fee!"

A smile played at the corner of James' lips. "Looks like you're not that dumb after all," he said, pleased.

"How dare you abuse your power? I'm gonna report you!"
