As Nathan Cross was standing not far away from Franklin Wilson, the latter spotted him very quickly

bright smile on her face, she said, "It's really an honor to have Mr. Wilson and Mrs. Wilson here at my

Franklin Wilson, who had been interrupted by Shannon Russo on his way to greet Nathan Cross,
replied coldly, "I'm really not used to attending such an event. I'm only here today because I heard that
someone whom I respect very much would show up. So, I came here with my wife to greet him
specially."

Mr. Turner's absence tonight, I have specially prepared a gift for you. Please accept this small token
from me.
When the woman finished speaking, one of her subordinates stepped forward to Franklin Wilson and
his wife, with a jewelry box carefully placed on his hands.
Then, he opened the box while the crowd watched on expectantly.
An exquisite red ruby necklace which was displayed in the box securely came into view.
It didn't take an expert to figure out that the ruby was a solid 70 carat, and was worth at least a hundred
million!
"Oh my God, what a gorgeous necklace!"
"Ms. Shannon is really generous to have gifted such a precious treasure to her guest! That piece of
jewelry must have cost at least one hundred million!"

Mrs. Wilson.
