Chapter 220 Nathan Is Amazing
The clock ticked and ten minutes passed quickly.
Suddenly, a group of people barged into the jewelry store just as Kennedy was about to announce the
end of the ten minutes when
Colin Dunne, who was dressed in a black suit, appeared. He entered with eight more men who were
dressed identically with a contract to buy over Perpetual Love.
Due to his sturdy figure, the suit looked more like a vest on him.
He strode to Nathan and said in deep voice, "Sir, this is the contract to buy over Perpetual Love. River
Chamberlain already signed the papers. Please sign here, and the store will be yours."
Everyone there was stupefied.
Kylie's jaws dropped too as she looked at Nathan in disbelief./-/ow much does he need to buy this
place? How did he do it?
Kennedy felt that his world had collapsed.
He was both surprised and angry as he bellowed in disbelief, "This can't be! This store belongs to us!
It's our money-making machine! How can my dad sell off the store!"
"He even signed the papers in ten minutes. Who do you think you guys as?”
Just as he was venting his frustrations, his phone rang.
It was his father, River Chamberlain. Kennedy picked up the call in doubt.
River's trembling voice could be heard from the other end of the call, "My son, who did you offend this
time? Our family is destroyed by you! Perpetual Love was bought over by someone earlier!"
"You little rascal, I'm going to break your legs..."
Kennedy's face turned pale as he looked at Nathan in fear. He finally realized that Nathan really bought
over the store within ten minutes.
Right now, Colin had just asked Nathan to sign on the contract.
However, Nathan suggested calmly, "Me? No, let my sister-in-law sign on it."
Before she could recover her senses, she had already signed the papers under Nathan's orders.
She only realized what happened after she placed her signatures on the papers.
Nathan was already congratulating with a smile, "Congratulations. You are the boss of Perpetual Lovenovelbin
from now on."
"This is Kennedy Chamberlain, the General Manager and that's Leah Holden, the salesperson. These
are all your staff!"
All of them were still in shock. Within a split second, Kylie Tonkins became their boss because their
store had been bought over.
Kylie had finally collected herself and calmed down as she looked at Kennedy Chamberlain and Leah
Holden.
She spoke immediately, "I will now make my first announcement as the boss of Perpetual Love. The
General Manager, Kennedy Chamberlain, and Leah Holden are both fired due to their bad attitude to
the customers. This is very bad for the store so please leave now."
Kennedy and Leah looked extremely dejected as they turned to leave.
However, Colin raised his hand and stopped the two as he reminded them with a stoic expression,
"Miss Tonkins asked you to leave, but she did not say that you can walk out.”
Both their facial expressions changed drastically. Kennedy looked at Nathan and Penny in shock as he
yelled, "You can't humiliate me like this!"
Nathan told him casually, "Those who humiliate others will end up getting humiliated too. Didn't you
think of the consequences when you shamed us earlier?"
Kennedy cringed instantly,. He thought that he was someone of power and stature. Everyone at the
store knew him, from the managers to the salespersons and security to the customers. He would rather
die than crawl out of this place!
Colin Dunne huffed coldly, "Seems like they didn't understand what I said. Boys, help them out!"
Just as he finished giving the order, two men emerged from the Elite Eight.
One of them gave two tight slaps to Kennedy and gave him a strong kick which sent him flying out of
the store.
The other one picked up Leah and tossed her out like trash.
Kylie finally felt relieved and satisfied after seeing Kennedy and Leah reaping what they sowed.
She turned to Nathan and looked at him with respect and admiration, "You are amazing!"
